These animals tend to come out at night time , including popular proboscis monkeys , langurs and macaque, bearded wild boar , the flying lemur and pit viper. As most species of monkeys are diurnal , they generally sleep at night. As the tour start just before sun set, we get to observe the monkeys retrieving to the forest canopy bed logs. Monkeys unlike their counter parts primates don’t build nests , instead they take up whatever space in most convenient on a tree branch. During the night walks we go in search of insects, frogs, centipedes , scorpions, spiders and pit viper.
