Sonic Charters is able to accommodate groups up to 12 passengers on our top of the line power boats. We have five great powerboats to choose from, ranging from 32' center console boats, up to 60' luxury yachts. We have something for everyone.
Our trips include:
• One of our fabulous captains, whose bios you can see listed on our Captain’s page. Your captain will be your private guide for a fun-filled day on the water. All of our captains are Coast Guard certified and incredibly knowledgeable about our waters. Please allow them to help you customize your day to ensure it’s the best day of your vacation!
• Top of the line snorkel gear for all guests- and we have kids sizes too!
• State of the art JL Audio sound system with iPod hookup so you can blast your tunes.
• Cooler of ice & water.

What To Expect
All of our charters are private and custom so it would just be your group with our captain for the day and you can go anywhere you'd like. The most we usually take on our center console boats is 12 people. You don't have to know exactly where you want to go, the captain can give you plenty of suggestions and you can play the day by ear.

5.00Once again Sonic delivered! We did the full day boat ride to the BVIs on June 6th. Our boat captain, Nate, did an amazing job of recommending stops at several different beach locations. 5.00We had the best day with Eric! He picked us up in St. John and took us directly to Jost Van Dyke. Eric gathered our passports and completed all of our paperwork for us while we visited with Foxy and friends! Eric then took us over to Sandy Spit and took some fun candid photos of our family while snorkeling and playing around. Eric then took us over to Soggy Dollar in White Bay! We had such a great day! We love Soggy Dollar bar and played all afternoon. Eric generously took some more family photos of us! It was our favorite day of the week! Thank you, Eric for your professionalism and for keeping us safe! We had the best time! Eric brought us safely back to St. John and we departed with a new friend! Until next time! Thank you! 5.00While on a several day trip with friends, we were glad we were able to book with Sonic Charters. Our captain was knowledgeable and loved talking about the history of places, with both learning and very entertaining stories. We were not kept waiting. The captain was ready to go when we arrived and he made sure to talk over the goals we wanted for the day which was “fun”. He suggested some great beach bars and spots for snorkeling. He helped us with safety of getting back on the boat. After all the fun and laughter and beautiful experiences of the day we decided it was the best decision of our trip. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was. Highly recommended

5.00Our day on the water with Patrick from Sonic Charters was the highlight of our vacation! We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do and our captain came up with the perfect itinerary. We snorkeled Maho Bay and Indians & Caves before stopping at Normand island for a beach break and lunch at Pirates Bite (YUM!) . From there we ventured on to Jost Van Dyke & Sandy Spit. The scenery between stops was amazing and our captain was a wealth of information. I can’t say enough good things and would highly recommend!

5.00This was the best day of our trip! I have used Sonc before, and I would not use any other company. Our Captain. Steve, was amazing! He has a lot of knowledge about the islands and he catered to all our needs. I will use this company every time. From booking until we were dropped off, communication was fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the boat was in great shape. Highly recommend. You will not be sorry!

5.00Sonic Charters was fantastic. We took the 37 foot intrepid to Virgin Gorda (the baths) and Jost Van Dyke and it was such a fun day for our family. Our captain, Pat, was great and took care of everything. Can't wait to get back to the islands and take another fun boat trip with Sonic!
