Follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
Tipping is entirely optional. You are under no obligation to tip, even if asked by locals. We provide this advice to help you avoid any inconvenience.

Old Quarter
08h00 – 09h00: Our Tour guide will pick up you at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter then depart to Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer.
Halong Bay
12h00 – 12h30: Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. We will take you on 5+ hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having Buffet lunch on boat.

5.00I had an amazing day tour in Ha Long Bay, and a big reason was our guide, Tom. From the start, Tom was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the history and legends of Ha Long Bay. He explained everything clearly and made the trip both informative and fun. The itinerary was well organized, with enough time to enjoy the stunning limestone islands, take photos, and relax on the boat. Tom was always attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. What I appreciated most was his positive energy and sense of humor, which really brought the group together and made the experience even more enjoyable. The lunch on the boat was also great, with a good variety of local dishes.

5.00Great day spent inhaling bay. The food on the boat was delicious and plentiful. The hike for the views was long but worth the effort. Then we did the kayaking through the cave rather than going on a bamboo boat. Then the walk into the cave. We even got to watch the sunset on the way back to the marina. Excellent tour with guides that speak good English.

5.00We enjoyed the tour thou the weather is unpredictable but our tour guide Ken did a good job to handle and made us feel comfortable. The buffet food is great too! We tried the bamboo boat and surprising cave hike! Tiptop island was fantastic. Thank you for today Ken and the rest of the crew!
