River rafting was superb, as was the lunch provided within the cost. Managed to mostly escape the rain, which I guess is expected inVietnam at this time of year

The tour operator was very good and always kept us updated prior to our tour. On the day, the tour bus came on time and no delay. The driver was very kind and courteous. The tour guide was very accommodating. We really felt so comfortable with the team. We were also given a menu for lunch and they were even happy to make changes for us. We were not rushed or pushed. They worked around our space. Highly recommended

The two hour bus trip was smooth and comfortable. Very nice and enthusiastic tour guide, very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the paddle down the river and through the caves even though it was extremely hot. Having to put on life vests in the extreme heat was difficult. With all the different tour groups there were a large number of people being moved through. Lunch was acceptable.
