In addition we operate a combined weight restriction of 170kg per couple. Any couples or couples and lapsitters exceeding 170kg (individually no more than 90kg) will each be required to ride on their own camel and as such an additional charge will apply - Please choose the couples combined 170-180kg seat).
All passengers will be weighed upon check in for the camel tour to verify weight provided. No refunds for being over weight stipulated at time of booking / over weight limit.

4.00The sunset tour was a great experience it was a little on the expensive side and I paid extra for the digital photos thinking they would take photos of my daughter and I on the camel but all the photos were just of far away of all the camels lined up on the beach so I wouldn't recommend paying the extra money for that as you can take your own or have someone else take them for you, but all up was a good experience

5.00Riding a camel along the pristine white sands of Cable Beach while the sun sets over the Indian Ocean is truly wonderful experience. Our camel Milo is incredibly calm, well-behaved and very intelligent. The tour guides were fantastic, knowledgeable and took those memorable photos for us. Thank you guys

5.00We first noticed the camel train walking up to the Spinifex Tavern where they receive a few carrots from the excited kids. Very cool! Booking our tour was easy & the experience was fantastic! Friendly staff, assisted on/off & camels walked at a gentle pace. Staff were happy to take photos, both beachside & oceanside as well as answer our questions about beautiful “Ollie” our 12 year old camel. Loved it! It is hot so yes, sunscreen & hat a must.

5.00Had the best camel ride down Cable Beach! The sun was slowly setting as we rode up,and finally set as we came back,amazing timing! All the staff were organised, very friendly and chatty,and were eager to take photos on your behalf. Also to note, you climb a short flight of stairs on the back of a ute to get on to the camels,and they will help you! But be aware I think it is 90kg weight maximum to ride the camels ( 2 people per camel but they will put a group of 4 for example on the 2 camels nearest each other). Would highly recommend choosing the Red Sun Camel tour! ( be aware there is a blue camel tour- haven't tried them, but the Red team were the best!! )The camel team also walk back up the road to Spinifex Brewery and stop there so that children at the Brewery can have a pat and feed them a carrot,so keep that in mind also!

5.00Matt was very efficient, friendly and obliging, and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful camel ride experience on Cable Beach. There was a small hiccup with the transfer arrangements, however it was resolved and didn’t take away from the experience at all. John, who picked me up from Cable Beach, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Overall it was a relaxing and memorable experience and a wonderful way to take in the stunning scenery of Broome. Highly recommend!
