  Vinh’s egg coffee class was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. He was so cool, chilled and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived, it felt more like learning from a friend than sitting in a formal class. He explained the whole egg coffee process so clearly and patiently, breaking everything down step by step and making sure we understood why we were doing each part. It wasn’t just a demonstration; it was hands-on and properly engaging. The class itself was so interesting, especially learning about the history behind Vietnamese egg coffee and how it became so iconic. The best part was getting to make our own egg coffees and then actually sitting down to try them afterwards. It was such a fun experience (and very satisfying) I even tried egg coffee at Café Giảng afterwards, as Vinh recommended, but honestly - I think I preferred Vinh’s recipe to the original !!! Highly, highly recommend this class if you’re in HCM. Loved the experience.

  I joined the egg coffee class on January 13, and it was a truly memorable experience. Vinh was a wonderful mentor — very friendly, patient, and attentive to detail throughout the session. He explained every step clearly and made the process easy to understand, even for beginners. What I appreciated most was how he guided us step-by-step while also sharing the story and culture behind Vietnamese egg coffee. It made the experience feel more meaningful, not just instructional. The class was well-paced, engaging, and hands-on. I left feeling confident that I could recreate egg coffee on my own. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, which made learning even more enjoyable. If I may offer one small suggestion, it could be helpful to provide a simple printed or digital recipe summary for participants to take home as a reference. Overall, this was a delightful and unique experience. Thank you, Vinh, for your kindness, clarity in teaching, and passion for coffee.

  The class was just amazing , mr.Vinh who was my instructors and he absolutely did amazing his job , with a clear passion and the enthusiasm energy, he was give me a awesome class i ever had , hope u guys can spent 1h30 in your day to joint this class is very worth and trust me the egg coffe was so nice , i wish i could back to that vibe again, just one more time in my life

  I came alone and I had a private lesson. My teacher Vinh was very lively and was very nice and made the class so enjoyable. The instructions to make the egg coffee was so easy and simple. I made it myself and when I go home, I’ll be able to make it myself. You should definitely book it with them if you have the time.

  I took part in a Vietnam Eggcappie Making lesson with my child as a holiday experience. Mr. who taught us. Binh was a very kind and patient teacher. During the creation process , I gave you a detailed description and also told you about the history of Eckapee . The Vietnamese spring roll with coffee was also delicious and fresh. This is a lesson to try at least once. Experience the Vietnamese tradition of egkufi!

  Vin was an excellent host, with clear passion and knowledge of coffee. He immediately put us at ease and created a really fun environment, getting us to experience it all as a group rather than individual couples. The class had a really relaxed pace, and the complementary spring rolls were the best we had in Vietnam. It was so interesting to learn about the history of egg coffee and all the steps in making it. We had so much fun and would recommend it to everyone. A real trip highlight.

  My family and I did this class together and it was great! We learned all about the history and techniques of making egg coffee and got to enjoy our creations at the end. The instructor was very friendly and the snacks were delicious. It’s difficult to find short activities like this so if you’re looking for a little something to do in Ho Chi Minh this is a great choice! Maybe not suitable for kids but for a group of adults who enjoy coffee it’s perfect!

  I absolutely loved the egg coffee workshop. It was such a warm and pleasant experience, and I honestly didn’t expect to make a perfect egg coffee from my very first try. That was all thanks to Vinh — he explained everything so clearly and patiently. He’s an incredibly positive, kind, and wonderful teacher, and he made the whole workshop feel relaxed and fun.
