5.00We can now enjoy our favourite coffee even after we've left Vietnam. Our teacher, Tomy, was enthusiastic, funny, and gave very clear and easy to follow instructions. We both successfully made our own cup of egg coffee by the end of the course which is exactly what we hoped for. Following the course, we were also given complimentary spring rolls which were also delicious. Would highly recommend if you're interested in bringing this Vietnamese delicacy home with you.

5.00It was only my girlfriend and I in the class and it was super nice that we had the chef to ourselves so we could follow the process easily. Our chef Ryan was good at what he was doping and told us about the coffee and process in depth.
