Saigon River

A 1 hour boat tour through the heart of Ho Chi Minh City also know as Saigon. During the trip you will cruise on the Saigon River along the central district 1 and district 4 and pass by new high rise towers as well as some of the best preserved buildings of the city.

The boat ride was lovely, but I think it would have been even nicer at night. The views were a solid 8/10, and our guide was very accommodating and made sure everyone had a great time. It’s definitely good value because it's affordable, I just feel the timing would have been perfect if it started around 6 p.m. or later so you can see the amazing city lights with the amazing scenery as well...

Literally 4 hours after we landed in HCMC we did this boat tour. Great way to start our visit. Beautiful views at night. Loved the old fashioned boat and the open roof. Will was fun amd informative. Simple pleasure.

This was a cute, interesting, easy activity to do in HCMC. We - my husband and Mother and I - booked it for the afternoon of our second day as a slightly more relaxing thing to after a morning of hot and hectic HCMC sightseeing on foot. We were running late by taxi but Will our guide contacted me via WhatsApp and was very helpful with precise directions and making sure we wouldn't miss the boat departure. Will was very informative and helpful on the cruise, explaining the buildings and areas of HCMC we were seeing from the river. Unfortunately 20 minutes into the hour-long cruise, it started pouring with rain! Will and the two boat captains were total champions though, quickly lowering the plastic shields on the sides of the boat and ultimately steering us to shelter under a bridge. A call to management was made and everyone got free drinks and rain ponchos for the inconvenience. We, and our fellow guests, all thought it was a fun adventure and that Will did a terrific job of hosting in a difficult situation. Well done Will!

We absolutely loved the night cruise and it was beautiful to see the city lit up from the water. The crew were very hospitable and the commentary as we cruised the river was informative and entertaining. A great activity and definitely value for money. We would highly recommend this activity.

I wasnt well, so fell asleep during narration. Lovely lad, spoke good English but used the word 'yeah' to end evety sentence this was really really anoying. He needs to be told to break this habit. Other than that he was enthusiastic & filled the hiur with talk.
