Due to comfort and weight and balance, our aircraft seats have a weight limit of 130KG and we will need to weight every passenger during the check-in process, if you are over weight at the time we are unable to take you on as a passenger on the scenic flight, and no refunds will be provided. If you are close to our aircraft seat limit of 130KG please weight yourself a few days before the flight. If you determine that you are unfit to go on the scenic flight and notify us before 24 hours of the scenic flight departure time we will be able to provide a change a date or refund.
We will try our best at accommodating passengers seating requests, however, passengers within the same booking group may not be seated together due to weight and balances of the aircraft to ensure the safety of flight operation.

You will receive a confirmation email after your booking. Please note a confirmation email is a notification that we have received your booking but it can be subject to change due to weather, weight and balance of our aircraft, minimum passenger requirements and opeartional requirements.

Arriving at the Fly Australia Passenger lounge you will be met by your local experienced pilot who will fill you in on the tour ahead. We will board the aircraft and take off for our tour over the beautiful Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef. Remember to bring your camera, there will be unlimited photo opportunities!

The Whitsundays Scenic Flight takes you over some of Australia's most iconic and beautiful landscapes including the World Heritage Great Barrier Reef & breathtaking islands of the Whitsundays. 5.00Brilliant, brilliant ,brilliant. From the moment we were collected through to safety briefing, meeting the pilot and the actual trip the staff were professional,helpful and friendly. The trip itself was awesome. The sights and commentary throughout the flight were comprehensive and insightful. There was more than enough opportunity to take photographs of all the islands and the Great Barrier Reef. Well worth the money, and anybody worried about flying, don’t be it felt really safe.

5.00What an awesome and unique experience! The Whitsunday Islands are gorgeous and the Great Barrier Reef totally breathtaking! The tour was very well organized, with 2 pick up points in Airlie Beach proper, and punctual. This was important for us as we were on a cruise ship. One thing I would make sure at least 24 hours ahead on the ship, is find out where we would land in Airlie Beach, then call Fly Australia to make sure I have the proper pick up place.

3.00We did the flight on Sunday 18 January. It was enjoyable but due to weather conditions the pilot could not fly us over "thecheart" which was disappointing but obviously not his fault. We were told we would receive 50% of the fee paid from Viator within 5 days but up to now we have received nothing. This is also disappointing!

5.00Very professional. They did many systems and plane checks before the flight. There was a minor issue with our plane and they had to reschedule for later in the day. They dropped us off for some shopping before the flight. Shuttle was easy to find. The views were stunning.
