1.00I didnt have the experience as they didnt turn up to pick me up at 5.30am. I gave up after 1.5 hours of waiting. I contacted the company through support and 3 hours later no response. Viator also asked the company to contact me whilst I was waiting. It was the only time I had to do this experience and devastated and so upset I didnt get to do it.
