2.00Make sure to call if your trolley/bus is not showing up timely. We waited over an hour at stop 5 and eventually had to call and ask where trolley/bus was. Gentleman who answered initially told me that that was not true. Finally he said that the street for stop 5 was blocked due to hockey game. I explained to him that it was not blocked as we had been watching cars and other sightseeing tour busses drive by for over an hour.

4.00Trolley tour was good. The app that tells you when the trolley should arrive at the stop was way off. 1-2 minutes meant 10, 7-11 meant 20+. Everything else was very good. Had a couple of different drivers that were funny and informative. Route covered everything we wanted to see. I wish we gave ourselves more time for some additional hop offs. Would definitely book them again.

5.00We had Hugo as our driver for the hop on and off. We were a large family group which most of us are from Boston and taking our nephew from out of state to see Boston. It was nice to play tourist and Hugo was funny and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our ride even though the seats are so old they hurt your back.

5.00Hugo was a great guide, very funny and knowledgeable. He made our tour enjoyable!!! He knows the city and gives a lot of information. We have lived here our whole lives and we were taking our nephew from Texas on a tour of Boston and this didn’t disappoint l. I highly recommend him.
It was so fun and worth it. A great way to see Boston.

5.00We’ve lived in Boston for many years and recently we had family come from out of state and decided to take this tour as a nice way to get around the city! It was so cool! Hugo H (our driver on two legs of the route) was knowledgeable about Boston’s history and shared great stories and insights. He was engaging and hilarious and we had great laughs.

5.00My friend and I only had one day to visit Boston, and the narrated trolly was just perfect for us. We chose the 9 stop and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a great concept and I wish more cities would adopt the hop on hop off trolley experience.
