Do you want to visit the medieval villages of the Madonie Natural Park with the possibility to have a wine tasting paired with local food and wine delights in an ancient 12th-century abbey ? Then book your tour!
The daily tour lasting approximately 8 hours includes the pick up / drop off in accommodation facilities located in the Cefalù area or in a place to be agreed with a car or van with an Italian / English speaking driver.
We'll drive through the vineyards in the territory of the ancient Santa Anastasia Abbey, where, on your free choose, you can taste the typical products of the area combined with wines produced with biodynamic techniques based on the principle of eco-sustainability (on reservation)
Lunch and winetasting at the Cellar is not included. The customer can freely choose from the à la carte menu or the menu of the day. If you don't want to have lunch in the cellar, you can only have the wine tasting at 3.30pm - The basic tasting of 4 wines costs €25 per person.

Castello dei Ventimiglia
Walking tour of the ancient castle of the Ventimiglia family. You can admire the Chapel of St. Anne The holy skull of St. Anne, the Holy Mary's mother, arrived in town in 1458 when the Ventimiglias decided to settle in Castelbuono. Originally from Ventimiglia, Liguria they mysteriously received the relic from the Duke of Lorraine, France. Today it's possible to admire the relic secured in a silver reliquary bust in the chapel behind a grate with several locks. Entrance € 5

5.00We utilized Cefalu Transfer for our entire family (6 of us and all of our luggage) to Cefalu, from Palermo, and on our return to the airport. It was an amazing experience with a very fun, informative, and very safe driver. The vehicle was spacious with lots of windows and all of our luggage was accommodated! We also used Cefalu Transfer for our Mt Etna/Vineyard excursion Day. Marco was our driver and navigated the twisty roads as a most experienced driver. He was so friendly, also informative, and really took very good care of all of us the entire day. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. Everyone was on time and extremely helpful. We will most certainly be using them again on our next Cefalu vacation. We highly recommend this service - easy, very affordable, professional, no worries at all!

5.00We really can not begin to say enough POSITIVE AND AMAZING things about Marco and Elisabeth! The van was spotless and so comfortable. Marco and Elisabeth were very professional, Punctual and so knowledgeable. We learned loads of interesting information from the stops along the way and our private tour of town with Elisabeth. We all loved stopping for tea and treats.Lunch at the vineyard /luxury hotel was truly a hilight ! Such amazing service and divine food and wine served in a gorgeous setting. This tour went beyond our expectations and we all created a wonderful rich memory for life. Marco and Elisabeth are extremely accomondating and flexible as well. Suitable and fun for all adult ages.

5.00Marco of Cefalu Transfer was a complete professional while at the same time making you feel comfortably and casually at home. You will have nothing to worry about while you are in his hands. He was also quick to be helpful with questions and needs outside of his duties of giving you a great experience. All of our family members old and young were impressed how knowledgeable both Marco and his wife Elizabeth were with both the current state of affairs and the history of the region. You will not be disappointed.
