If the Blue Cave is rough and unsafe, we will guide you to a nearby alternative beach instead.

Important Notice For your safety and enjoyment, if sea conditions, strong winds, or weather around the Blue Cave are not suitable, our guide may choose an alternative location for the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be offered in the case of a location change.

We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.

The Blue Cave is known for being easily affected by sea conditions, but don’t worry! If the cave is closed and swimming is not allowed, we will guide you to nearby Zanee Beach, a popular spot with beautiful coral and tropical fish. It’s a relatively shallow area, perfect for those who feel nervous in the ocean or families with small children. Feel free to let us know your concerns!

1.00This feels extremely deceptive. Your booking system required us to enter each participant’s birthdate before confirming and charging the reservation, yet it still allowed payment to go through for participants over 50. Only after taking payment did you notify us that anyone over 50 is not permitted to participate and then refused a refund based on “fine print.” If age restrictions are mandatory, your system should automatically block ineligible participants before payment is accepted. Allowing the booking to proceed after collecting birthdates is misleading and unfair business practice. We are requesting a full refund for the participants your company later deemed ineligible. If this is not resolved promptly, we will dispute the charge with our credit card company and file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and travel review platforms.
