Agra is just a 3.5 hrs to 4 hrs drive from Lucknow through an express-way which is considered as the most superior and safest highways in India. Agra is the most convenient drive from Lucknow. On this day trip to Agra one can see Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, enjoy some snacks in the car or opt for lunch in Agra. Drive back to Lucknow in the late afternoon/evening, reaching back by late dinner. Most friendly drivers and the guide in Agra make this trip a great experience.

Begin your tour with pickup from your hotel in Lucknow (suggested time is 0500 hrs, but we are flexible. though later than 0700 is not suggested as you may miss seeing Agra Fort in that case). A friendly executive meets you in your hotel lobby and introduces you to the driver who then takes you on this 3,5 hrs drive to Agra. - We advise you to carry packed breakfast from your hotel (request your hotel a day earlier and they will be happy to do this for you). This in spite of the fact that our cars have a goodies basket with chips, cakes, biscuits, chocolates and plenty of bottled water as a part of this package. Reach Taj Hotel in Agra to use the lobby level rest-rooms or enjoy a cup of coffee/tea here (Tea/Coffee or refreshments / meals on direct payment basis - this is not a part of the package). Your guide will meet here and take you to Taj Mahal for the tour. Time permitting also visit Agra Fort. Drive back to Lucknow (4 hrs drive), reach Lucknow by dinner or late dinner.

5.00I booked this tour because I wanted to see Lucknow and obviously Agra but couldn't make both work easily. This was a great day. I was picked up early from my hotel and driven to lucknow where we picked up the guide and spent the day exploring Taj Mahal and Agra Forte. They provided me with snacks and water and made sure I was comfortable at all times. My driver was awesome, pointing out cool and interesting things along the drive. I even felt comfortable enough to have a nap both on the way there and way home.
