- The rickshaw will take you along many scenic intersections of the major canals of the world famous canal belt. - We will pass by hundreds of 17th and 18th century characteristic Amsterdam canal mansions.
Nieuwmarkt
- Passing by the Nieuwmarkt neighbourhood with it's many historic architectural highlights and in the middle of it the former 15th century eastern entrance gateway to the city, the so-called Waag.I will stop here for some explanation.

5.00Jan took us on a wonderful tour of Amsterdam with amazing stories filled with history and knowledge of the areas.We were picked up from our hotel and saw more of the city than we expected. 5.00We took a 1.5 hour rickshaw tour with Jan. He picked us up at our hotel and took us on an wonderful informative tour of Amsterdam city! From Museum square to an old windmill, Jan showed us so many interesting things and provided the history of the buildings and locations in detail! In addition to a personable and friendly guide, Jan is a world traveler and extremely knowledgeable on many topics, so he kept us entertained all along while enjoying the city sights
