We had originally booked a 2-week Vietnam tour on-line but had an issue with our cruise in India and had to make a last minute change-and add a week in Hanoi. David was there for us every step of the way-including 4-star hotels in Hanoi. Our tour included the best of Vietnam; Hanoi, Sapa, Halong, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Phonom Penh. Included was an unforgettable overnight boat tour in HaLong Bay and 2-days (with trekking!) in Sapa, which is in northern Vietnam (close to the Chinese border). At the end of our Vietnam Tour, we decided to add an additional sojourn to Siem Reap, Cambodia. David made the arrangements for us, including transportation. Additionally, he met us personally at our hotel to go over our itinerary and provide us a paper copy to keep on hand. He even brought a box of candy for my birthday! Each night he checked in with us via WhatsApp to confirm our next day's activities and to customize any requests that we had. All in all, it was an extraordinary experience. Excellent service. Kudos to David and his team at Vietnam Asia Travel!
