  We had an amazing time with our guide Kumar and porter Birsing and would always book again with Himalaya Guide Nepal. It was perfectly organised, starting with the easy and fast email/whatsapp communication beforehand and on/after the trip. Since we had enough days, we visited Serang Gompa and Samdo Peak, which were both amazing places. We always felt safe, and our wishes were always implemented in the tour planning.

  Super pleased with the trip. This was my second time in Nepal and it never disappoints. We will able to customize the trip based on our schedule/ ability. In normal conditions the difference in guide service is minimal, but when things get randomly scary (which can happen in the mountains), you want experience on your side. Bashu was calm and confident after doing the same trek 35 times prior. With that experience we were able to navigate forward when others disrupted their plans. • Epic trekking

  We explored Manaslu and Tsum Valley together with our guide Bashu. What a ride it has been. Very culturaly enriching experience. Tsum was a winter wonderland filled with Yaks, spirituality, hearthwarming Tibetan people and astonishing views. Manaslu circuit is a nice challenging trek where different landscapes come into play. Lush rododendron forests, rocky slopes, white peaks, beautiful rivers and lovely settlements with green agriculture. Although the conditions where harsh, with the great tips of our guide Bashu we managed to get over the pass easily while feeling physically amazing. Furthermore he always went above and beyond to meet our wishes when it came to getting the food and the amounts we needed to accomplish the daily hiking. When we got back he even helped my fiance out with a problem with my boots. Bashu felt like a brother to us. Also big thanks to Chandra for starting the trek 1 day later due to illness. I’ve been around the world and hiked many miles and the Himalayan Guide Nepal vendors provided us a great guide as well as all the resources on the trek to feel very confident and trusting that our trip would go well. Top notch guiding, clear and informative planning. As well as great personal service made our trip a huge success. • Amazing Manaslu Circuit trip

  Right from the start, we had an amazing experience with Himalaya Guide Nepal. Chandra was responsive and communicative, listened to what we wanted, and took care of all the logistics with meticulous care. But the real star of our trip was our guide Pratap Lama. Pratap watched over us for 17 days with an eagle eye. He learned our preferences and tastes, and made sure we were comfortable and happy. He procured the best accomodations for us, and was constantly on the look out for anything we might need or want. Even more importantly, Pratap exuded cheerfulness and good spirits at every turn. He never passed up an opportunity to dance, laugh, celebrate, or enjoy our amazing time on trail. His enjoyment was infectious, and infused the entire trip with joy and wonder. The guide makes the trip, and Pratap made ours. You couldn't do better! Tea houses were welcoming and comfortable, scenery was spectacular, trail was very manageable and safe. Highly recommended.

  This trek was an absolute hit – we couldn’t have imagined a better experience. We are extremely happy that we chose a route that includes Serung Gumpa Monastery, as it was an experience in itself. If you’re wondering whether December is too late for trekking – it’s not. The weather was perfect, and there were far fewer tourists, which made the whole experience even more special. Special thanks to Kumar, our experienced guide. Only good things can be said about him, and even that will never be enough. So many thoughtful little gestures, so much care and kindness – he constantly went out of his way to make our experience better. He truly took everything to the next level.   Excellent experience overall, despite booking at the last moment, prompt attention to any inquiries in the reservation process, very friendly and attentive reception and handling of all details during the stay in Kathmandu. Due to bad weather we had to delay the start of the trek and they handled all the arrangements very well. Dinesh, the guide, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our pace and needs. He went above and beyond with making sure the accommodations, trekking preparations, and everything else were in order. Birsing and Lakpa, the helpers, were very attentive and friendly. They helped us with arranging a couple days of exploring the Kathmandu Valley. They were always ready to answer questions and find solutions to the unexpected. Highly recommended for Nepal trekking and exploring!

  Fantastic experience along these valleys where you can still breathe the authenticity of a bygone time and where you find yourself in the presence of a wild and majestic nature, still not contaminated by mass tourism. Absolutely recommended the detour to Serang Gompa, to immerse yourself in the reality of Buddhist monks and appreciate closely their deep spirituality. Impeccable organization by the agency. Our Dinesh guide has always been very helpful and clear. It helped us to immerse ourselves and understand the local reality, offering support in complicated situations.   The excitement for our first trip to Nepal started immediately, with the countdown from the time of flight confirmation and contacts with the Himalaya Guide Nepal agency. After requesting different information about the organization, we found Chandra a really valuable availability and professionalism. Expectations on Nepal were very high, fueled by the great passion for mountaineering: seeing and experiencing the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas up close is something indescribable. During the Manaslu trekking, these expectations were not only confirmed, but amplified thanks to details and nuances that are difficult to imagine: the looks, the smiles, the eyes of different cultures, the customs of the people met along the way. All these emotions were made even more intense by the true soul of our journey: our SUPER GUIDE, Dinesh. From day one, with his gentle and discreet gaze, he showed great humility, availability and passion. At every step, at every question, he was able to convey to us an authentic love for those places, allowing us to capture their beauty with a deeper look. The two days spent at the Serang Gompa Monastery are especially unforgettable, a detour that Dinesh was particularly happy to make and that turned out to be an experience rich in spirituality, bringing us closer to the values of Buddhism.
