An excellent experience. We were only 2 for the trip. We were picked up on time (good communication before with all details) and went on to visit all the places including the Ssezibwa Falls, a nice guided tour in the Mabira forest reserve, and a boat ride in Lake Victoria with the mandatory visit to the "Source of the Nile" hut in the middle of the lake. The guide was very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodated our needs including taking us to vegetarian only restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nice tour with four stops: the waterfalls, the forrest reserve, the boat trip on the Lake Victoria to the source of the Nile, and lunch with traditional food. Our guide Steve pointed out many birds and other animals that we encountered, describing them expertly. The walk through the forrest was quiet and also interesting, a real rain forrest with interesting trees and other plants that the guide there explained very competently. Good idea to bring closed shoes for the small hikes at the waterfalls and the forrest.

I arranged my trip to Jinja a few weeks earlier with Steven, and from the first message he was super professional and helpful. We immediately set the date and everything went smoothly! On the day of the tour, Steven arrived on time in front of my hotel. Very kind, he helped me with my bags (I had to move to another city in the afternoon, so I left them in the car for the whole day). From there began one of the best experiences of my trip! Steven is a crazy company: we never stopped talking! He told me a lot of curiosities, stories about the country and details about every place we stopped. The first stop? The Ssezibwa Falls, without a doubt one of my absolute favorite places! The tour lasts about 30 minutes but I recommend to live the beginning when you see the falls in front because it deserves so much. In every place visited there was a local guide who accompanied us and explained everything in detail. Steven also always made sure I was comfortable: a bottle of water, a stop, anything... always very careful! The highlight: the boat trip! Private trip in the company of Steven, the guide and the commander. The tour included a sweeping panorama of Lake Victoria with a stop at the source of the Nile. And then we went to lunch in a place in the city where I ate very well, culinary choice very enough! Another thing I really enjoyed (especially for solo travelers) is that Steven is a great photographer, he helped me take a lot of photos and videos, so I can relive this day. Finally what about, also in terms of prices is the best option in town! It's $130 per person if you're at least two or $150 if you're alone. The price includes hotel pick-up (if nearby), car trip, visit to Ssezibwa Falls, walk in Mabira Forest, boat trip, lunch and return to the city. Little tip for those who want to do this experience: leave early in the morning, because the traffic can be a nightmare (of course it's not their fault, but it's right to know). A huge thank you to Steven for his welcome, sympathy and company. A day full of emotions, nature and discoveries. Undoubtedly one of the best days of my trip. Super, MEGA recommended! 💯❤️

This weekend trip to Jinja with Steve as our tour guide was packed with great adventures. Two of my girlfriends and I initially met Steve for a walking tour in Kampala where we knew he’d be the best person to take us on a fun weekend trip. We received tours from locals tour guides at the gorgeous Sezibwa falls and lush Mabira rainforest followed by shopping at a local street market and a sunset boat tour of the source of the Nile. The following day we went rafting on the Nile to complete our journey in Jinja. Steve is both fun and knowledgeable, but what makes him an expert tour guide is the connections he has to local individuals and businesses, allowing this trip to be a truly authentic experience in Jinja.

This is not a small tour with just quick photo shoots, Steve actually got specific tour agents for every spot! One for the tropical rainforest, another one for the waterfalls, and finally, one more for the Source of Nile. This guaranteed an excellent visit!
