I could not speak more highly of our tour guide Mark. His jokes and true understanding of the destinations made us feel informed and educated about the areas we arrived too. He made sure we had ample time at the destinations in cradle mountain. Although this was a shuttle service he turned it into a real tour. Could not recommend Tassie Tours more!

Just come back from an incredible tour with Mark. He’s the best tour guide we have ever been with. There was nothing about Tasmania that he didn’t know. He did extra things that weren’t on the itinerary for us and made it an incredible experience for our family.

This tour takes you to the breath taking Cradle Mountain and surrounding sites. We spotted a short billed echidna and wombat in the wild! Jodie was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The 2nd day saw us visit Wineglass Bay and surrounds. The Tasmanian coast line on the east is indescribably glorious. Photos do not do it justice. You have to see it. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the Wineglass Bay lookout as the track was a bit too steep and long for me. If you wish to go you need to have a good fitness level. Skye was a great guide making sure we were safe and ok. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you Jodie and Skye for an enjoyable and memorable time.

It’s great to hike with your guides, especially with Skye. I feel great to have Skye guiding us thru wineglass bay. The food was nice and the hiking length is flexible as well, great experience!

Myself and my boyfriend Jack booked the two day tour from Hobart to Launcestown stopping at Cradle Mountain and Wineglass Bay. Our tour guide, Mark, was exceptional. He continually addressed us by name and asked questions about us, making us feel very comfortable. He had excellent knowledge about Tasmania, as well as other countries including our own (Ireland) and others’ on the tours home countries (India, Japan and Switzerland). He went above and beyond to meet our needs for whatever we wanted or needed at any stage during the tour. Not only did he provide great knowledge, he also provided great humour and sing songs! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and think that Mark was one of the main reasons why we loved every moment of it! Thank you Mark for giving us an experience of a lifetime!

The 2 day tour is a great short getaway. The people I went hiking with were nice and friendly. Tour guide, Trent, is very knowledgeable on Tasmanian nature tracks and Cradle Mountain. The accommodation we stayed at was warm and cosy. You will see lots of wildlife on this trip - wallabies, wombats, and hopefully a platypus if you are lucky.

The driver was very friendly, patiently waiting for everyone to arrive at the end of each attraction, and patiently answer. We had two drivers in two days, and both of them were very dedicated. I felt honored to meet such excellent drivers.

Our tour guide Bunsie was awesome and brought us around cradle mountain, introducing the landmarks and bringing us to spot wombats. Really nice chap. He dropped us off at our accommodations for the night at Launceston too. Great option for the cradle mountain and wineglass bay two day tour.
