2-Day Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei & Floating Village Kampong Pluk

On first day, we will visit the world largest religious monument, Angkor Wat temple. After that, we will visit Ta Prohm or Tomb Raider temple. It is one with a lot of gigantic tree roots over the temple.
After Lunch, we will Visit Ta Nei temple before we head to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, one of the most photograph spot in Angkor Park. We'll continue to Bayon, a 216-smilling face temple that is in the center of Angkor Thom. We will visit some other famous temples in Angkor Thom. We'll stop by to see Baphuon, the Terrace of Elephants and the Leper King. Finally, we will go to Phnom Bakhen mountain and climb up to the top to see a gorgeous sunset.
On the second day, we will watch a beautiful sunrise at Angkor Wat temple and visit floating village Kampong Pluk on Tonle Sap Lake.
In the afternoon, we will visit Banteay Srei or called Ladies Temple, built of a rare pink sandstone. It is known as the jewelry of Angkor. And following to Banteay Samre, Pre Rup, Banteay Kdei.

What To Expect
Angkor Wat and Small Circle with Sunset
Angkor Wat
After your breakfast our guide will meet and pick you up in the lobby at 8:00am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House) and we will take you to buy temples pass along the way to temples then we’ll visit the world famous Angkor Wat temple.
Ta Prohm Temple
It really is amazing! Afterward continue to Ta Promh on the small circuit road. This temple is one with a lot of gigantic tree roots over the temple and is the place where Hollywood made the movie "Tomb Raider". After busy couple hours in the morning between 12:00pm-1:00pm we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant nearby take around 45 minutes-1 hour ( Meals : food can be cost rank from 5USD per dish which depend on the food you order form menu ). After lunch then we go to the next temples.
Ta Nei Temple
Ta Nei is small & quite temples with less restoration yet. It is a very good for those who want to avoid crowds. The temple is surrounded by my big trees.
The Victory Gate
At first we will stop by visit the Victory gate on the east side of Angkor Thom. After quick stop visit & taking photos then we continue to Bayon temple.
Bayon Temple
Bayon temple is in the centre of Angkor Thom city with 49 towers in which every tower has 4 faces, so that means there are 196 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara and we walk to the next temple.
The nearby temple is called Baphoun which is a Hindu temple built before Angkor Wat in 11st Century. The big Reclining Buddha behind it was built in 16th Century & we continue to Royal Enclosure Wall.
Phimeanakas
Phimeanakas is the pyramid Hindu temple built in 10 Century and located in the center of the old Royal Palace of Angkor Thom so we can visit Phimeanakas altogether with ancient Royal Enclosure Wall.
Terrace of the Elephants
Terrace of the Elephants is the platform was ever used by many kings to view victorious returning army and it has many pictures of elephants carving on the wall of the platform.
Terrace of the Leper King
The Terrace of the Leper King is another platform located nearby on the north side of Terrace of Elephants.
Preah Palilay
Preah Palilay is small Buddhist sanctuary in the wooded area north of the Royal palace in Angkor Thom has a number of attractive features and is well worth the short detour
Phnom Bakheng
The Last one of the day we go to climb up the hill Phnom Bakheng for waiting to see sunset view but in case if you don’t want to be waiting for sunset then you can skip sunset.
Sunrise Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei & floating village Kampong Pluk
Angkor Wat
Starting the tour early, our guide will meet and pick you up in the lobby at 5:00am at your accommodation (Hotel or Guest House) and we will take you to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. After sunrise then return to your hotel for breakfast or breakfast break at restaurant nearby.
Kampong Phluk Floating Village
After breakfast then we head to visit to see Tonle Sap Lake at Kampong Pluk Village for visit the Floating village by taking private boat. Cruise through the stilt houses of fishing villages of the Tonle Sap Lake to discover the natural splendor and old lifestyle of the country. Lunch break at restaurant nearby around 12:00pm.
Banteay Srei
After lunch break then we go to visit Banteay Srei or called Ladies temple, the one which built from the pink sandstone in half of 10th century by Hindu King Rajendravarman II for dedicated to trinity Gods in Hindu mainly Shiva.
Banteay Samre
Banteay Samre is the Hindu temple built in 12 century as this temples the architectures didn't found much evident to tell the fact but they believe similar model to Angkor Wat.
Pre Rup
Pre Rup (turn the body), was constructed in late 10th century dedicated to Hindu gods. This reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple on the most distant on the grand circuit road. After busy couple hours in the morning between 12:00pm-1:00pm we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant nearby take around 45 minutes - 1 hour ( Meals : food can be cost rank from 5USD per dish which depend on the food you order form menu ). After lunch then we go to the next temples.
Banteay Kdei
Banteay Kdei temple was Buddish temple built in 12 Century and the structures of this temples very similar style to Ta Promh and Bayon.

5.00Our family of four took a two-day tour with guide Bun and driver Sreang, and we had a fantastic time. Bun is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide, but what’s more he takes wonderful photos and we now have an amazing collection of family photos thanks to his photographic skills! Sreang was never without a smile, and both Sreang and Bun offered excellent service and a perfect experience over the two days. Highly recommend!

5.00Spent an amazing jam packed two days with guide Lonn and driver Sreang. Lonn is an exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging guide - he shared cultural, historical, religious, and artistic info. We spent just the right amount of time and saw the best temples. Sunrise tour was very nice. Floating village was memorable. We skipped a temple on day two and added the landmine museum and butterfly center. Great recommendations for dinner from Lonn and he is quite the photographer too (best spots!) and great composition! Highly recommend

5.00I booked an Happy Angkor Private tour for my family (2 days tour including Angkor Wat sunrise and floating village) directly on their internet site. I exchanged few emails with them and everything was organized fast and professionally. Mao was an excellent guide, full of precious information with good French and English communication skills, he made our experience unforgettable. In addition, Mr Sreang, was a very safe driver, always punctual and friendly. His car was very clean, with cool water and fresh towels always available for us. There was no hidden cost and shopping stops on the way, everything was just perfect.
