  23.Dec.2025, Tue., Solo travel. Girl Peak. Jungfraujoch. I used to only go to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, but on the way (before Interlaken) listening to the tour guide Weill introduced Jungfraujoch to the tour, the site decided to buy!! So after Interlaken, before we arrived in Grindelwald, we separated from the large team, and the other two women who were going to go to the peak of the girl (just as well as the Taiwanese (* ́)`*)} formed a group of four people, so the guide can be directed to the Chinese tour, which is better for us! And Weill guide is also very enthusiastic and proactive, not only do her tour work, but also want to make friends with us, let the explanation and lead the whole feeling not like a textbook, but like a chat, like your good friends are playing with you, very pleasant! And we listened to her enthusiastic introduction (she was more excited than us) and naturally got infected, so that I was originally curious about all the new things on this journey, more knowledgeable, more happy to hear! I think that this is a good guide to have all the good qualities, and rich knowledge, and good at interpreting and leading, and happy to interact with people, most importantly, they like the things they introduce themselves, and so on... It really makes the whole tour new. And why it is best to play this tour with a guide, especially an experienced, hobby-sharing guide, because you can not only understand the knowledge of each explanatory point, other big, small and even other things about the whole of Switzerland, you can ask and understand (such as an orange thing on the ski resort is a snow maker; Swiss high school has a short length, long to learn Latin; and Switzerland has two only German words are negative mountains, etc.), but also you can know in advance what is important in front of it, how to play it is most convenient and effective (such as how to sit and take photos when sitting on the cable car, and how to walk better on the peak of girls, etc.), these are all if you don't follow the tour, and you don't know anything about it. Weill guide also helped us to take pictures with great enthusiasm and professionalism, I was rather embarrassed to take pictures of myself, also because of the warm recommendations of the guide, and every important point in the journey, before the Girl Peak, before the Alexe glacier and beneath the Aegean glacier left valuable photos, now I think it is a pleasure to have a strong recommendation from Weill, otherwise how much regret will be? Speak on the top of the mountain~~ Once we reached the top of the mountain, we came out of the viewing table, and saw the Alexei glacier quietly lying in the saddle, breathing as if with the cold wind, the body as if frozen, the ears are also washed by the sound of the cold wind; at this time, only the snow blur in the eyes of the pure white mountain saddle and glacier, the heart feels endless peace. Is this the power of Snow Mountain? I am very touched, that touch cannot be described. There is a word in ancient Greek called "λειμών", meaning garden, a metaphor of the virginity of the girl. I am in the snow-white saddle of the Girl Peak, as if in the secret garden hidden in the Girl Peak! The glacier lay there, so pure! And the cloud around it is like a veil, like half-covering the girl's innocent face! Such a sight, I can't even dream! So really different weather has different views! During the whole trip, we stayed on the Girl Peak long enough, and after the tour ended there was still a little more free time, on that small mountain peak, it was enough to eat and rest, go to the gift shop, or enjoy the ice and snow! (When the day we are at a minimum of only 11 ° C, in order to be able to take photos with the girl's peak, we strongly recommend that the whole body be tight, especially gloves! Otherwise the cell phone camera will soon be unable to hold.) The day because of the fog, in the beginning can not see the girl's peak, but as soon as the mountain, luckily clouds opened, and saw the true appearance of the girl's peak, coupled with that dim sun in the fog and that weak golden light that passed through the saddle, it became an incredible beauty. So I bought a box of ice cream and greeted the iceberg at 11°C, if there was a desire for purity with Chiffon, like the last word of Weill before the final song: "Let us have an insoluble snow mountain in our hearts, wherever we go after this journey," very beautifully, as the ancient Roman poet Horatius said: "Caelum, nōn animum mūtant, quī trāns mare currunt.", meaning "Those who run on the sea, though you change the sky at the top of your head, but don't change your heart! " Finally, with the gradual sinking of the night (when the winter sunset is over, the shortest sunshine), approximately 4:00 to 5:00, we slowly descended from Kleine Scheidegg on a small train along the Alpine valley to Lauterbrunnen, and we continued to chat and take photos along the way and seamlessly attached to the bus at Lauterbrunnen, ending the sightseeing tour. This time I didn't go to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, but I don't regret it at all, because there's no other reason. If you come to Switzerland, you should also visit this greatest highlight! This time too, thanks to Weill, thank you very much for making the whole journey happy, rich and fulfilling. Especially after reaching the peak, really feel: everything is too worth it! And today I have also made many of the first times in my life: the first time to reach 3,454 altitudes, the first time in the cold of 11 °C, the first time to see glaciers (or on a high mountain, the mountain is also called the Alps) etc...   On Monday we did the family tour and it was great. We really liked it. The organization was very good. We were very lucky with our guide Adolfo as he explained many interesting things about Switzerland while we were on the bus. Thanks to Adolfo we had a great day. It is nice to find professional people like him, who enjoy their work so much, infecting everyone with their enthusiasm. I recommend it to everyone.

  The view of the girl peak is full of curtains, coupled with blue sky, is a must-see attraction, there is a feeling of the earth under the feet. The team takes a variety of means of transportation, especially by cable car to see the view part is unforgettable. The view is beautifully resembling a landscape.   This was definitely the best tour of our vacation. It’s a long 12-hour trip — not cheap, but absolutely worth every cent. You can book it with complete confidence. It’s not just about reaching the Top of Europe (Jungfraujoch); the journey itself is part of the experience, with stunning scenery along the way there and back. The transportation includes a combination of bus, cable car, cogwheel train on the way up, panoramic train on the way down, and a final return by bus. Our guide, Andrea, and her assistant, Yuxia, shared a lot of interesting information throughout the entire day. They were very friendly and attentive, answering all our questions and offering great tips. We had an unexpected delay on the way back and had to take a detour, which made the return to Zurich longer than planned, but our driver handled everything with great responsibility.

  Excellent driving by bus drivers under very wet roads & slippery conditions through a very mountainous area. Safety was a top priority. Interesting commentary on the part of the tour guides who were both courteous & helpful. Serious overcrowding going up to the Jungfraujoch.

• They put you in a nursing home for the stay. Don’t do it!

  Do not book an overnight stay with this group. They literally put us in a nursing home. When I called to complain, they were dismissive and said that it has good reviews and it’s a three star hotel. I said clearly you haven’t been here because it is literally attached to a nursing home. I never checked in the hotel, which wasn’t available for us and did not have a place to put large luggage, and instead spent $1000 out of my pocket to go stay in a actual hotel and not a medical award converted to a room. Highly disappointed that this is “” the best of Switzerland “ I’ve been to Switzerland dozens of times and this is the only poor experience I’ve ever had. I was very disappointed in the customer service when I called them about this matter as well. If you don’t believe me, go look at hotel artos in interlaken. It states it is attached to the nursing home and the reviews are very poor about the fact that it’s not really a hotel. It’s like a medical ward.

  I was left alone at the meeting point for Jungfraujoch tour and picked up by Dan who took care of me very well and another guide who was Swiss took responsibility on my trip well. I was very anxious at starting point of the tour. However my tour turned out to be fun. Thank you for helps by the two guides.
