Our guide, Ben, was fantastic – incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and included, and he shared loads of great insights along the way. The itinerary was well-paced, with plenty of stops to take in the highlights of the Great Ocean Road, and then into the Grampians for amazing scenery. The highlight of the trip was the wildlife, including wallabies, kangaroos, and an unexpected extra stop where we saw echidnas, koalas and emus. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the Grampians. If you’re travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide, I can’t recommend this tour enough. It’s a brilliant way to turn a long journey into an unforgettable experience.

I attended the tour in September, when spring still reigns - will recommend a little later for more stable weather. The trip lasted 3 days and we had the flexibility to see everything and take the trip at our pace on the activities that meant the most. I could have seen few changes in the activities from the company side - therefore 4 stars. That being said, then a warm shout out to Ben “Benny” our guide, which deserved 5 stars! He was really good, funny, informative, spotted the animals for us and arranged for a good trip from start to finish for everyone.

We had an amazing time with Janet, who was an incredible guide on our trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. She’s full of joy, always smiling, and made the whole experience so much fun. Her energy, kindness, and constant presence made us feel completely at ease and well taken care of throughout the journey. Thank you so much, Janet — we truly hope to join another tour with you soon!

Janet, our cool group leader, gave me positive energy from the moment we met. Throughout the whole trip she gave us exciting facts, cool music and great energy. I really enjoyed the trip and can only recommend it. Alone or as a couple. The accommodation and food were surprisingly super good! Happy all around. Thanks to jdog! 🫶🏻🌅🦘

We actually took the tour that began in Adelaide and finished in Melbourne, over 3 days/2 nights. We saw so many amazing sights, including waterfalls and The Pinnacles in the Grampians. We also had many beautiful stops along the Great Ocean Road and some wonderful animal viewing as well. The tour was great, but was made 10x better by our funny, warm and all around delightful driver/tour guide James. He did an amazing job thoughtfully meeting everyone’s individual needs, from food issues to differing activity limitations, he made sure each guest was comfortable, happy and safe at all times. Kudos to James!

Remarkable experience. Our tour guides Jacob and Cory were fabulous hosts. So knowledgeable and savvy about the region. They truly made our two day journey a fascinating and informative adventure. They took us to the best scenic points, they located and guided us through interactions with hundreds of kangaroos, and through it all they were warm and funny and genuine. We would say that they were the most perfect Australian ambassadors. They entertained us with countless stories (and poems and songs) and the time just flew. We’ve taken dozens of Viator exploration tours across the world but this was the best one we’ve ever experienced. It was an unforgettable two days and without question the highlight of our travels in Australia. Thank you Viator and Autopia for providing us with an utterly fantastic tour.

Awesome first days with 2 great funny guides. GOR is stunning and the food and accommodation beyound expectations. Spotting wildlife under the starry night and early morning was regenerating. on the downside: lot of bus time, no food included on the second day and swapping the group halfway is not great after having build great friendships with other guides and travellers
