The guide explains everything that you see as you continue to tour the facades, the caves where dead were buried, the temples and much more. What a great experience! Wadi Rum was very scenic, camel ride at sunset was special and the dinner Buffett at Magic Rum was extra delish considering having to feed hundreds of people all at once!!! We took the Martian room for 2 and really enjoyed it. The next day at Petra was a trip to be remembered, lots of walking but sooooo worth it, the pathway to the Treasury and then that masterpiece, just fantastic❤️ Adnan our guide was knowledgeable friendly and kept us entertained, great job 👏 Shira & Manny Los Angeles

Our tour to Petra for two days, I booked the tour while planning my trip to Israel. I paid for everything at once: the tour included the tickets and the hotel. All were fully disclosed to us, we were taken from our hotel on the designated day at 08.30 am. We got to Petra rather quickly and had time for sightseeing. The guide's English is great. He knows a lot about history and told us myths and legends. The next day we had free time to walk and admire the landscapes of Petra. We took photos and bought souvenirs. The tour was great, thanks for organizing this trip.

Great organization, an interesting tour I dreamt of going to Petra so much! So my husband and I are here in Israel, and we can't miss the chance while we are staying in Eilat. We booked a 2-day tour. We left at 8.20 am, at 11 we arrived at the place, the trip was comfortable and quick. We saw the main sights: the treasury, the siq, and other tombs. Our guide is experienced and knows a lot about the places. It was interesting to listen to his stories. We returned to Petra the next day and were very happy.

Great thanks to the booking-tours company for a 2-day trip to Petra from Eilat. Our guide was Ali. We had to walk a lot, so my husband and I didn't take our children. There were mostly families without children or with grown-up ones. We paid 500$ for 2 persons, not that expensive, I think. I advise you about taking this trip at least because of landscapes and the history of that place. We gathered at 8:15 am, waited for the rest of the people, and left for Petra after roll-call. Besides the main plan, we had an opportunity to walk everywhere, to drop by the gift shops, and to take pictures. So if you're in Eilat, I advise you about taking this trip.

We went to Petra and liked the tour. The guide accompanied us during the 1st day, the excursion was interesting and informative, not boring at ll. The scenery was indeed amazing! The 1st day of the tour includes dinner at the local restaurant - the food was tasty and authentic. By the way, don't worry if you don't have enough time to take some pictures during the 1st day, the next day you'll have free time to walk and take photos as much as you want.

First I must mention that the tour-guide Ali in Petra was EXCELLENT, and that is not the reason for not recommending this trip to any other traveler. Arrangements as pick-up hotel, bordercrossing and drive to Petra also no problem. We booked 2-day trip Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba. But this is not what you are receiving as a traveler and the itinerary is very misleading and a waste of time and money.
We arrived at Petra around 11.30 hrs and when we started to walk we learned that we had to be back at the entrance at 15.00 hrs, because of some lunch and also due to the fact there was a combination of groups doing just a day-trip with groups doing 2 day-trip ! This gave us only 3,5 hours to have the Petra experience. This was very disappointing. After lunch we were dropped at our hotel at 17.00 hrs and we were told we could go back to Petra the next day to explore on our own. We would be pick-up again at Petra around 16.00 hrs. This would leave no time nor daylight to see anything of Wadi Rum. As we had no choice we decided to pay extra money and changed the tour to go to the Wadi Rum jeep-safari the next morning and skip the second day at Petra.
To see Petra is an overwhelming experience but in our opinion you can have this feeling only ones. To go back the next day would have been a less experience as you have to walk through the same paths 1 hr walk again in order to see the rest of Petra.
Also showing Aqaba was a joke. We only drove through Aqaba on our way to the border thats it.
Recommendation for the tour- operator:
-First day guided tour in Petra for as long as possible and dont leave early for some stupid lunch and dont drop people at their hotel at such an early hour. Waste of time and money!
-Dont combine groups who booked 1 day Petra with groups who booked 2 days Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba as the 1 day-trippers need to leave early to go across the border again.
-The second day in the morning offer the possibility to explore Petra on your own pick-up at Petra around 12.30 hrs which means arriving in Wadi Rum at 14.00 hrs which gives plenty of time to do the jeep safari.
