Firstly, all kudos to Aya! She was our tour guide for multiple lakes and canyons, and she was incredibly well-organized, energetic, and enthusiastic throughout the trip. She made our Kazakhstan journey truly memorable by covering such a variety of terrains and beautiful locations within a short span of time — it really felt like great value for the experience we received. What stood out most was how she went beyond her responsibilities to help tourists and ensure families had nothing to worry about during the trip. Her support, positivity, and dedication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend the 2-night trip covering Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake, and the different canyons for families planning to visit Almaty. Once again, thank you very much, and a very special thanks to Aya for making this trip unforgettable! Note: Follow the exact tour instructions, All goes smoothly.

It was a great trip. Our guide, Aya, was a great fun person. The tour and the guesthouse we stayed in were all very satisfying.

Unfortunately, the weather was fine, but all the sights were still great. Pretty tight schedule. We met at 5:00 a.m. and came back to Almaty at 21:30.

Our trip to Kazakhstan was nothing short of incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to Makhabbat and our amazing tour guide, Alina. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the itinerary to the smallest details—making the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Alina truly deserves special recognition. She was beyond incredible—so warm, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire trip. Her knowledge, energy, and passion made every place we visited even more meaningful. She didn’t just guide us, she made us feel welcomed, safe, and at home in a new country. No request ever felt too much, and she always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. What stood out even more was how she helped us resolve our e-visa issue for Kyrgyzstan. It could have easily been a stressful situation, but they handled it with such calmness and efficiency, supporting us every step of the way until everything was sorted. We’re incredibly grateful for her kindness and dedication—it truly made our trip unforgettable. If you’re planning a visit to Kazakhstan, we highly recommend booking with Makhabbat and hoping you get Alina as your guide. You’ll be in the best hands!

This tour is a must if you love nature, because it's easier to navigate with someone who knows the area well. Ardak, our tour leader was very helpful and insightful, he told us stories and legends along the trip. The tour was nicely paced, it's good to make the long journey at night so we don't waste the day. It was unfortunate that they cancelled the yurt accommodation a day before, so we stayed 2 nights in a guest house instead. They served us home made Kazakh dishes. We're there with other tourists there's 16 of us in a van. Overall it was enjoyable, you can connect with other tourists from all over the world. I hope in the future there will be more options for the accommodation, it will be nice if we can choose a more premium place to stay.

We had an amazing experience with our tour! We were able to see all places without any changes of schedule. Our guesthouse was great, including homemade tasty food that is very filling. Also, we enjoyed a private bedroom for our family (three people) with private bathroom. Our guide Dilnaz was excellent, she’s a lively person and fun to be around, and she speaks great english, so it’s easy to communicate with her. We had a great time talking to her, as she provided us with a lot of useful information about kazakh culture, traditions, music, and even just about interesting facts about life in Kazakhstan. The bonfire was really fun, where we could play games and dance to music in a very lively atmosphere, even though we were in winter. Overall, the relation of price-quality is great and we would recommend it to anyone visiting almaty.

We took the 3 days tour and it was all worth it! Special thanks to Tomi, Daniel, Zhan, Anel and to our very safe driver Manat! You made our tour very memorable and we definitely recommend JoinMe Asia with our family and friends. 1st day - City Tour 2nd day - Kaindy Lake and Kolsay Lake 3rd day - Black Canyon, Moon Canyon and Charyn Canyon We paid $124 (each) for Comfort Package. We are 2 in the room with attached bathroom. We didn’t expect much but the room is pretty decent and can fit 4 people actually. We also have our luggages since we didn’t book a separate hotel while we are in JoinMe Asia tour. The bus can fit all the luggages. Go to the Bonfire! It was fun! (you can bring your own drinks if you want) Things to remember: 1. Bring cash 1.1 (Payment for Horse Backriding going to Kaindy Lake - recommended 8,000 Tenge) 1.2 (Payment for lunch food going to Charyn Canyon - 3,000 Tenge to 4,000 Tenge, it is better to buy the lunch in one of the stops instead of buying from Charyn Canyon since it is more expensive) 1.3 (Payment for using washroom (100 Tenge) 2. Bring water (Mandatory) and snacks (Optional). Maybe the breakfast will not be as per your liking so better bring something for yourself in case. 3. Energy! Bring more energy with you since you will need that in those 3 days! Optional - Bring mask since the road going to Kaindy is very dusty. I hope this helps! Enjoy and have fun
