Upon your arrival at Kangaroo Island, board your luxury SeaLink coach and your local driver/guide will take you on a tour of South Australia’s premier nature - based tourism destination.
Seal Bay Conservation Park
After lunch visit Seal Bay Conservation Park and enjoy a guided beach walk with a National Park Ranger amongst a breeding colony of wild and rare Australian sea lions. Your tour will then visit another amazing wildlife attraction, the fascinating Birds of Prey Display In-Flight Display at Raptor Domain. Enjoy a delightful interactive experience and meet an array of birds and raptors.
Flinders Chase National Park
Spend the afternoon in the Flinders Chase National Park, which was devastated in the worst fire to ever hit the island in January 2020. You’ll see that the regeneration of the native bush occurs so quickly after the event and there will be many opportunities to take photos. As you travel through the park, keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles, and koalas. See the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities, and the Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal the spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful Long-nosed Fur Seals.
Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park
Under supervision from the amazing keepers feed some kangaroos and get up close to the Kangaroo Island Koalas while listening to the Keeper talk about the cuddly mammals.

Raptor Domain
Your first stop will be the fascinating Birds of Prey Display at Raptor Domain for an educational, interactive, and inspiring experience. The only Free Flight Birds of Prey Presentation in South Australia, it is thought by many to be the most interactive Birds of Prey display in Australia.
Emu Ridge Eucalyptus
travel to Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery for a delicious 2-course lunch followed by an introductory talk about the history of the oil distillery and take a guided tour. Finish off with some free time in their souvenir shop where you will find an assortment of Eucalyptus products.
Clifford's Honey Farm
Here you will enjoy a guided tour and see a working beehive where you can try to spot the Queen bee. Learn about the different varieties of pure Kangaroo Island Ligurian honey, sample honey beauty products and purchase goods to take home as a memento.
Visit the new False Cape Wines cellar door which is made from recycled wood, jetty timbers and limestone sourced on the property. Here you can take part in a structured wine tasting while enjoying the peaceful views of the surrounding vineyards.

3.00Kangaroo island is 100% worth visiting but the 2 days tour doesn't make a lot of sense. As guest you spend basically the first day with all other single day tour guests rushing from major site to next and on the second day you don't do any major sites and instead visit local farms. That is such a shame as Sealink could really offer something great by tailoring their tours and differentiating between one day and two day guests. As they aren't doing it, I would recommend just doing the day tour

5.00I did a two day tour of Kangaroo Island and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the wildlife of Australia. KI is a delight, calm, peaceful and so much to see. Our tour guide, Joanne, was interesting and knowledgeable throughout. You can do a one day trip but it’s an incredibly long day if you’re coming from and going back to Adelaide so have one night on the island and really enjoy it.
Avoid the Ferry. DiY KI.

3.00Early start. Tour listed to have Max 35 guests. We had 50 on a crowded bus! Good guides/drivers both days. Plenty of driving between attractions with virtually non existent views from the bus. Very limited time at attractions exacerbated by increased numbers of guests. Some lost time retracing route to pick up other guests. Natural attractions, rock, arch & seals is of course why we are there. Generally feel that 70% of the attractions visited are for the sole purpose of buying overpriced products or junk. (wine, eucalyptus oil, honey) Lunch on second day was below average given the cost of the tour. Accommodation and breakfast very good. Raptor Domain & KI Wildlife Park a highlight. Unfortunately the two day tour goes there both days. This is the problem with combining both tours to maximise Sealink profit to the disadvantage of two day tour guests eventhough there were fewer guests on the second day. Disappointed not to have seen Kingscote or other island passage coastal sights. Two day tour in current format not recommended. Advertised max 35 tour guests was not adhered to. Not good value for money. Best thing to do - fly to KI and hire a car. Avoid the high ferry cost and self guide would not be a problem.

3.00Excellent tour guide and bus driver Dani on the island. Nice program. The alleged four-star Mercure hotel was unacceptable: in need of renovation from back to front, everywhere the plaster crumbles. The pool we chose the hotel for, especially from Sealink's list, had been under reconstruction for months. The poor quality of the hotel has unfortunately greatly affected our stay. Dani alone deserved a full score.

5.00Took car over on the ferry and back so we had a vehicle, most essential although bus tours are available. Stayed at the Kingscote hotel, very good accomodation and meals. Three full days and saw most of the island, any less and would be shortcutting everything, one day the wind nearly took us away.

5.00great few days away. saw all we needed to see. One day so windy we didnt stay around a couple of places down the western end. Ferry over and back was good. trip was originally booked for some weeks ago but due to non travel by the ferry we postponed. 3 full days we saw what was worth seeing and more with our own car. Kingscote pub was a good place to stay, very pleasant.

5.00Great tour and Hamish is an excellent tour guide. Had a great time making new friends and memories for life. Loved it. First day was the best one with Admirals Arch and Remarkable Rocks, and all the animals. Second day ok with the birds of prey show.
