12:15 Starting from Tuan Chau port transfer to the Elite of the Seas by speedboat. 12:45 Check-in the cruise. 13:00 Enjoy lunch in the Dining room. 14:00 Receive key and check-in the cabin. 15:00 - 17:00 Gather at reception area to participate in Kayaking activities at Ao Ech area, or use the swimming pool on the cruise. 16:30 - 17:30 Take pictures with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area. (Depend weather). 17:30 - 18:00 Welcome sunset and enjoy afternoon tea at the swimming pool area. 18:00 - 19:00 Cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area & Join the Happy Hour promotions. 19:00 Enjoy an 8-course fine dining menu at the Dining room. 20:30Join the fishing session a-t the aft of our cruis-e or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

5:45 - 6:15 Enjoy the Sunrise and play golf at the Golf course or Gym at 1st floor 6:15 - 6:35 Morning exercise session: Tai-chi at the Sundeck area. 6:45 - 7:45 Enjoy the breakfast in the Dining room. 7:45 - 8:45 Gather at the reception area to visit Dark and Bright cave by local rowing boat. 9:30 Pack up the luggage and put them in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter. 9:45 Enjoy the buffet in our Dining room. 10:45 Settle the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.). 11:10 Return to the mainland by the speedboat 11:30 Return to meeting lounge. 5.00We took a 3 day cruise in ha long bay. This was the best cruise out of all of them. We had a personal butler for the whole trip and Tommy catered to all of our needs. We felt like we were on jeff bezos yacht right from the beginning. The food was wonderful and the service was impeccable. Our group of 6 were treated like royalty. We would recommend this trip to all of our friends and family. It was totally worth the extra cost compared to the other bargain cruises. Tommy was the best

5.00we have an excellent time. the staff are very professional. our personal butler Tommy was amazing. He was able to remember everyone likes & dislikes. we were a party of 6 with several people with many allergies. they were able to make accommodations with no problems. definitely would come back.

5.00We travelled in late December for 4 day/ 3 nights, staying in the amazing President’s Cabin. This trip exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the stunning views, the absolutely beautiful room and furnishings (including the massage chair!) and the professional and friendly staff. Ryan and Harry took care of our every need, we were very spoilt! Trip highlights: The canoeing to the caves and amazing bbq seafood lunch on the beach 🦐 The Viet Hai village and farm tour on bike 🚲 Swimming in the pool on board in the morning sun ☀️ The beautiful meals (so many amazing flavours and fresh ingredients 🍍 The staff, everyone of them made us feel so welcome on board (even got a tour of the captains cabin!)

5.006 stars ship, 7 star experience 😂 on the real though - we were a group of three friends - low season so weather was dicey but we took a leap of faith and it was well worth it. Clean, great crew, beautiful views. Shout out to Harry the ship manager and Nam our butler. Super attentive. They run a tight ship too - everything, on time. Would recommend this. For reference. we were staying at the Capella in Hanoi and we chose this ship over the others. Relaxing, memorable, good food. Elevated Halong Bay experience - more expensive than the others but you only live once. If you're a regular cruiser like my mom, she'd call this the retreat experience on a celebrity cruise. Hope that helps!

5.003 day 2 night cruise. We had a great time with kayaks and SUP boards on the first day. Second day we did a trip to Cat Ba and rose bicycles and went to a private beach. The staff if very attentive and take care of every need. The drone photography was AMAZING. Ryan was our personal butler and gave us excellent service. Highly recommend Elite of the Seas, definitely the nicest ship on the bay.

5.00There are numerous great things to say about this service. From land to sea and back, I had a great experience. When I entered onboard, I was given a warm greeting with a simple and easy to follow itinerary for my whole stay. The food for each meal was top notch and well-prepared. Each group had their guide and ours was Amy. She was an amazing individual that was willing to help and serve our needs in every way possible. Every person on the staff was great to us and our rooms were very well maintained. I heavily recommend this experience if you're near the area or planning on traveling in the area.

5.00We did a one night cruise. The transfer was prompt and via luxury minibus and speed boat. The boat was beautiful and completely spotless and the food and service were great, I needed to borrow a charger and managed to lock myself out of my safe and both issues were resolved in literally 3 minutes after my call. Peter and our butler Ryan were lovely and went above and beyond. The scenery and views were amazing and we went further out than a lot of the other boats, so it was serene and peaceful.
