12:15 Starting from Tuan Chau port transfer to the Elite of the Seas by speedboat. 12:45 Check-in the cruise. 13:00 Enjoy lunch in the Dining room. 14:00 Receive key and check-in the cabin. 15:00 - 17:00 Gather at reception area to participate in Kayaking activities at Ao Ech area, or use the swimming pool on the cruise. 16:30 - 17:30 Take pictures with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area. (Depend weather). 17:30 - 18:00 Welcome sunset and enjoy afternoon tea at the swimming pool area. 18:00 - 19:00 Cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area & Join the Happy Hour promotions. 19:00 Enjoy an 8-course fine dining menu at the Dining room. 20:30Join the fishing session a-t the aft of our cruis-e or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

5:45 - 6:15 Enjoy the Sunrise and play golf at the Golf course or Gym at 1st floor 6:15 - 6:35 Morning exercise session: Tai-chi at the Sundeck area. 6:45 - 7:45 Enjoy the breakfast in the Dining room. 7:45 - 8:45 Gather at the reception area to visit Dark and Bright cave by local rowing boat. 9:30 Pack up the luggage and put them in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter. 9:45 Enjoy the buffet in our Dining room. 10:45 Settle the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.). 11:10 Return to the mainland by the speedboat 11:30 Return to meeting lounge. 5.00They truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The whole trip was absolutely amazing. We had a private butler who took care of us throughout the entire journey. Leo/Dat was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to answer any questions or accommodate any requests we had. The facilities were wonderful — clean, luxurious, intimate, and peacefully quiet. The route the ship took was especially impressive, as it was not crowded or surrounded by other ships, allowing us to fully enjoy the natural beauty in serenity. The service was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and helpful — not just our butlers, but the entire staff, from housekeeping and maintenance to the team organizing activities and excursions. Every single person was warm and welcoming. They even offered professional photo sessions and used a flycam to capture beautiful pictures of us in the middle of Ha Long Bay — something we wouldn’t have been able to do with our own cameras. We went to celebrate our anniversary, and the crew surprised us with a cake, flowers, and a beautifully decorated bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected. It made our celebration even more special.

4.00The Elite of the Seas was a spectacular ship. The staff was beyond amazing; very accommodating and very nice as well as professional. The food was exceptional and they catered to personal dietary requests. A special shout out to Jackie the amazing butler and Peter the awesome intake person. They were both exceptional and made the trip and experience better. However, I have to say that the Diamond Package is a complete waste of money. The passengers aboard our ship that did not purchase this pricey extra package basically had the same experience. The Diamond Package provides private boat transfer which is not necessary at all. In fact it was a negative. The package also provides you with a private trip further into the bay to kayak. But the passengers that did not purchase this pricey extra package kayaked as well, just closer to the ship. And honestly, that was easier and better. This added no value. The package also advertises that you go to the bright and dark caves. Well, guess what; so do the passengers that didnt purchase the pricey extra package. The only difference is the private transfer, which again was a negative. It would have been nice to stay with our group and not be pulled off all by ourselves. And the dark cave is closed. It was closed 6 years ago for dangerous reasons. Why is Elite of the Seas advertising that the excursion goes there? That is fraud! The company advertises this package as an EXTRA excursions; but it really isn’t. The Diamond package for two people for the 2 day/ 1 night trip was $576 US dollars. That to me is beyond expensive given there truly is no value add. So, in summary; if you’re thinking of going, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTRA PACKAGES. They are trying to get extra money out of their customers. They charge for drinks outside of meal time and they are pricey as well. Although we had a good time, I just felt taken advantage of!

5.00The best trip ever. We visited again after one year for nights trip. It was amazing experience, full of professional and high level of service. The staff support you in every minute of your staying, organize entertainment. During our stay they organize birthdays surprise for my 50th birthday. It was snacking. Special thanks for Ryan who give us the high level of service, full of professionalism. We really feel better than in home. Another thanks for Peter who provide full of profesional trips and support us in our stay. I’m lookin forward to back in the future!!!

My friends and I would recommend Elite of the sea’s cruise to anyone. The food was wonderful and fresh! We would come back.

5.00We had a wonderful time on our overnight stay on the Elite of the Seas. We were on the upper deck and had a great room and balcony, we could have hung out there the whole time. Ryan was our butler and he was great! He was so kind, helpful and full of personality! We loved our trip!
