12:15 Starting from Tuan Chau port transfer to the Elite of the Seas by speedboat. 12:45 Check-in the cruise. 13:00 Enjoy lunch in the Dining room. 14:00 Receive key and check-in the cabin. 15:00 - 17:00 Gather at reception area to participate in Kayaking activities at Ao Ech area, or use the swimming pool on the cruise. 16:30 - 17:30 Take pictures with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area. (Depend weather). 17:30 - 18:00 Welcome sunset and enjoy afternoon tea at the swimming pool area. 18:00 - 19:00 Cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area & Join the Happy Hour promotions. 19:00 Enjoy an 8-course fine dining menu at the Dining room. 20:30Join the fishing session a-t the aft of our cruis-e or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

5.00The cruise was very luxurious but the best part was definitely the staff and service! Our server Leo (DAT) was very attentive and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay perfect! Peter was also very friendly and available 24/7 for all of our needs. Our tour guide Tin for Cat Ba tour was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! We had a great time participating in the activities on the boat including the firework show, kayaking, and live music! The food was incredible and some of the best i’ve had on my entire trip! I loved that the drinks were all inclusive along with the room service!

5.00Best cruise I’ve ever been on. I had very little seasickness and was impressed throughout my entire trip. Princess treatment! Our waiter, Leo/Dat, was absolutely the most attentive service provider I’ve had in my life. He went out of his way to provide individualized, thoughtful service. He provided great insight on the trip and kept good conversation. Peter was also very attentive and always had a smile on his face. I’d recommend this to others, especially Leo and Peter.

5.00What an epic trip! The staff is absolutely amazing and we even had our own personal staff member who looked after us- Ryan was the greatest! Views were stunning and our room was incredible- corner suite that felt completely private. Can’t recommend enough.

5.00We did the 2 nights / 3 days cruise on Elite of the Seas as a couple, and it was hands down the best thing we did on our entire Vietnam trip. When we were originally looking to book a Ha Long Bay cruise, we were honestly quite nervous. There are so many options, all claiming to be 5-star, and it felt overwhelming trying to work out which ones were genuinely luxury and which ones just said they were. Elite of the Seas absolutely delivered on every promise and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible – so friendly, attentive and genuinely kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It felt relaxed but still extremely professional. A huge thank you to Serena, our butler, who was amazing throughout – so helpful, friendly and always there when we needed anything. Harry, our tour guide, was brilliant too: very knowledgeable, great fun, and made every excursion enjoyable and interesting. The food was outstanding throughout the cruise – beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. The day 2 trip to the village was a real highlight for us. It was amazing to see, the scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the food there was incredible. One of those experiences you’ll remember long after the trip ends. The boat itself is incredibly calm and luxurious. You can be as involved or as relaxed as you want – join the activities or simply unwind and enjoy the views. We also met some really lovely people onboard, which made the experience even more special. The private transfer included in the price was very comfortable and spacious and made everything feel seamless. And the infinity pool… just wow. Truly stunning, with views you won’t find anywhere else. If you’re feeling unsure or nervous about booking a Ha Long Bay cruise, don’t be. If you’re looking for the best luxury cruise experience, look no further – you’ve found it. We couldn’t recommend Elite of the Seas highly enough.

5.00Everything about the boat was fantastic. The boat is amazing with a heated pool, room was large (floor 5), food was great. Trip to Cat Ba was fun. Serena was amazing and looked after us very well as did Peter and Tom. Great few days in the amazing Halong Bay. Would recommend.

5.00Wonderful cruise! Luxurious, clean, impeccable service. New ship only 3 years old. Anthony was our personal butler and he is the nicest and provided the best service. Ask for him! We usually do the haven or yacht club and the areas and service on Elite of the Seas exceeded that. Get the corner suite with views - worth the splurge! So much good food too!

5.00We really enjoyed our 1 night cruise on the Elite of the Seas. We were celebrating our honeymoon and all the staff were amazing in helping us out. Our Butler Ryan was such an amazing guy, he really made the trip special for us. The only negative we had was during the arrival experience, the provided transportation stops at a pearl farm tourist scam store. Your essentially forced to walk through a maze of terribly over priced jewelry in order to leave the place. Really left a negative feeling when starting our trip, but everything was amazing beyond that.
