This experience is the first in Brazil to offer this type of snorkeling, towed by a jet ski very slowly, to the point that you don't need to pedal and just enjoy the view. During the experience, you will get to know Rio from a totally different and incredible point of view. In addition to the jet ski tour around the islands, you will be able to jump from the island into the water at heights that vary according to the client's taste, and the big difference is to do a unique tow snorkeling in Rio de Janeiro. Wearing the mask, you will be towed by the jet ski with your face in the water, observing the marine life on the island.

What To Expect

We will navigate to the Tijucas Islands and choose an anchoring point. We can go up to the island to enjoy the local nature and even jump from some available spots into the water. After that, I lend you the diving equipment, such as a snorkel and mask, and start towing you by cable with the mask on your face, allowing you to see the local marine life such as turtles, rays, fish, and everything else the ocean provides us on that day of the visit. Note that Brazil requires a specific Driving license for Jet Skis and I am the one driving the Ski and Guiding you thru this experience.

Had an amazing time snorkeling around the Tijuca islands! JD was an excellent guide and knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area. The view of Rio from the jet ski was truly spectacular. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to explore the coast.

I had a fantastic time on this trip. JD was super fun and knowledgeable and really made sure I enjoyed it. Seeing the Islands was amazing and I got to swim with loads of turtles. There were so many fish that it was almost hard to see where we were going! It was awesome to see a really unspoiled side of Rio. We then took a short walk on the island to explore. It was a truly special experience. After the trip was complete, JD took me to a fish restaurant (the food was amazing) and gave special instructions to the staff to ensure I got a boat taxi back to where I could get my Uber to the hotel. I would recommend JD and this trip to anyone!

This was a great experience, had lots of fun, he was very friendly and knowledgable and gave great advice for an onward tour of the canal and an amazing fish restaurant. We saw turtles, birds and lots of fish on this trip.

I loved this experience so much! JD was very kind and knowledgeable of the marine life in Rio. We took the jet ski to two nearby islands, snorkeled, and explored one of the islands. It was so peaceful out there. Would definitely recommend others to experience this unique excursion!

This experience was really so amazing, Joao was patient, fun, and very knowledgeable about the geography of Brazil. He even took us cliff jumping and he jumped with us! Would definitely recommend booking with him!
