We had such a great time on our snowmobile tour! It was a beautiful day with incredible views. Juan was an awesome guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and a great help. He made sure we stopped at all the best spots for pictures and even got down on the ground to capture the perfect shots for us. Such a fun time!

Excellent experience. Vincent was a fantastic tour guide... and he was even able to communicate in Spanish for others in our group. Impressive! Great winter gear was available, so super convenient. We did a day trip from Vancouver and it was 10/10 worth it Oh, and the mid-tour cookies were fantastic.

Absolutely terrible! Complete waste of time and money. As other said spend more time sitting around. Trails are awfully. It’s more of kindergarten event.

Location, ice cream, equipment all great. Upon arrival we were asked to pay directly to the cashier to pay another $100. This was not apparent before. We booked a 2 hour tour but were back after 01h40min. Food on the go is excessive: there is exactly one cookie and tea. Allergens/intolerances are not checked beforehand. It was a lot of joy, but still you had the feeling throughout that it was a mass handling. Other groups are constantly coming to meet you, because everyone follows the same groomed paths.

My family had a great experience with the 2 hour wilderness tour. Along with myself and my wife, our 2 daughters (age 16 and 14) all loved the experience. The tour was very well organized, the instructor was knowledgeable and the tour was perfect for a beginner. The scenic views were beautiful. I would highly recommend!!!!

We had a super fun, positive experience on a private two hour snowmobile tour. Would highly recommend a private tour as we wanted to avoid a group tour and get stuck behind some slow riders ha ha ha just a little bit of a heads up depending on your expectation for this tour. We both had our own sleds and we were fortunate to have our guide Sam from Australia Take us on our tour. He was very helpful, informative, yet laid-back and friendly, so we had a brief overview on how to use the sleds and off we went. The trails were pretty easy to ride and we had some uphill and downhill and maxed out at about 40 km/h at the fastest speed. Of course I wanted to open it up and go buck wild but we had to stay on the trails and follow Sam’s lead. We had a short pitstop at one of their huts for a hot beverage and a quick snack and a bathroom break. Sam also took some photos of us along the tour, which were fun. All in all the two hour tour really only gave us about 1 hour on the sleds, because we were coming from Whistler Village on their shuttle provided transportation, so expect about 45 minutes of travel time 15 minutes time and barely an hour on the sled. But no complaints and would do it again. Thanks Sam! Cheers mate!
