Explore the Heart Vein slot canyons of Elk Heart Cliffs and see TWO incredible slot canyons in one journey with a fun ride to and from the canyons in a Can Am UTV! Our guides drive you in the UTV, so you can sit back and enjoy this exciting off-road experience. Traverse rough terrain to reach the canyons then wander around on foot to explore the deepest parts of these remote areas. Be sure to bring a camera for frame-worthy photos.
Due to the fact that we have multiple tours per day being on time is very important. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to leave without you. We are on Mountain Time and we are an hour different than Las Vegas and Arizona. Thank You!

What To Expect
Upper Red Cave Slot Canyon
Travel through what is called the Heart Veins of the Elk Heart cliffs of Upper Red Cave. This amazing canyon will be one of our stops on the UTV tour.
Lower Red Cave Slot Canyon
This will be a stop on our tour. We will walk about 100 yards into this amazing Southwest Slot Canyon.

5.00Our sand dune tour was absolutely unforgettable, and that’s all thanks to our guide, Daxton. He kicked things off pedal-to-the-metal, instantly sending sand flying into the UTV and getting our adrenaline going right away. Throughout the tour, he gave us awesome tips for taking the best pictures, showed us how to “be Spider-Man” climbing the slots, and made sure we experienced everything the dunes had to offer. Then the adventure went to a whole new level—flying through the sand dunes felt like we were about to launch into space. It was such a wild ride, and yes… I definitely caught a mouthful of sand from screaming “WOO HOO!” 😄 We wrapped up the day learning how to sand surf. As a snowboarding family, it took us a minute to adjust (no carving!), but we may have even hit faster speeds on the boards than in the UTV! To top it all off, the sunset was absolutely stunning. Daxton truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an experience—and memories—we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

His knowledge, energy, and passion for the area made the entire adventure unforgettable. I completely fell in love with the slot canyons—the way the light hits the rocks, the textures, the colors… it’s unreal. Experiencing the mountains and the natural beauty of Utah up close like this is something I’ll never forget. If you’re even considering this tour, just book it. It is the must-do experience—breathtaking, unique, and beyond Instagram-worthy. Every single moment felt like a photo opportunity. Highly recommend!

5.00James was a magnificent host and guide. Had a wild ATV ride there, then hiked through nature and learned so much from him. The canyoneering was a blast. We were tested, and had such fun along the way. ROAM do a great job, and hire great people, who go the extra mile.
