This great tour will show the essence of Genova, that mean the monumental parts in contrast with the most hidden and mysterious alleys. During the first hour you will discover the Maddalena district, fascinating and made by really little alleys and narrow streets; during the second one the driver will bring you to know also the other half of the historical center, placed on the other side of San Lorenzo Street : The itinerary will include the visit to Porta Soprana, Via Ravecca , Piazza Sarzano, Luzzati Gardens, Stradone Sant'Agostino, Via san Bernardo and culminate with the arrival in the beautiful and inaccessible church of Santi Cosma e Damiano, protectors of surgeons and barbers.

The rikshaw can host on board up to a maximum of two adults and two children under the age of 6.

What To Expect
Piazza Sarzano
Sarzano Square is located in the area that is said to be Genoa’s or rather “Ianua”‘s original nucleus. Here you may take a look at the bell tower of Sant' Agostino church and at the small temple. On the background there is the colorfull Ravecca street.

Santi Cosma e Damiano church is just one of the beautiful places in the medioeval historic center that guests will be able to see! We don't want to anticipate you too much, it will be a surprise!

An experience not worth the cost.

3.00I state that the review is related to the cost of the tour: 190 euros for two hours for a family with two children, not exactly cheap so expectations were very high. At the booking I had the tickets modified and sent back since the two guides indicated in the first were in English, I asked for two guides in Italian and so it was indicated in the rectified tickets. At the appointment an Italian boy, very nice and kind, and a foreign girl who evidently spoke only English, showed up. During the first stops in the rickshaw the boy entertained us with anecdotes about the city and then passed the "historical" explanation to the girl, very prepared, but who spoke exclusively in English so my husband and I had to translate everything he said into Italian to our children. Halfway through the tour, the boy proposed that we continue the tour in English and pass the guide to our colleague but we refused. Reservations must be respected in their entirety, especially if the cost of the service is high.

5.00Beautiful city full of contrasts. Visit to the palaces of the Rolli very interesting. At the town hall building, you can see Paganini's violins and hear his story. Entrance is included in a single ticket, with visits to Palazzo Rosso and Palazzo Bianco.
