5.00We were fortunate to have gotten Emanuel as our driver / guide.... At 69 yo He had been a 7yr prisoner himself with the UK at the young age of 17. He artfully and "gut wrenchingly" designed his tour to slowly reveal his personal story and his relationship to some of the martyrs who died and who have murals on the walls of Belfast. We were stunned to learn even though the last death was 2001, the hatred is alive still in Northern Ireland. We had no idea. WE ARE ALL TGE SAME, WHY CAN'T WE ALL GET ALONG?

5.00Wonderful tour. We saw many historic areas where the conflict in Dublin occurred. Our tour guide David is a local who knew all the details about how the "Troubles" began and raged on for years. He grew up in Dublin during the "Troubles" and had first hand information about how the conflict affected friends and family. His knowledge added a lot to the tour.
