A great overview of Banff NP. Ben, our tour guide, was terrific as we toured on a rainy day! We covered a lot of ground, but did not feel rushed!

Andrew was probably one of the best guides we have ever experienced. He was so informative . I want to also point out he did a fabulous job at diffusing a situation with some inconsiderate poorly behaved passengers ( group of 7)that had no consideration for seating arrangements or talking above him when he was trying to speak. Well done Andrew ! Your patience for poorly behaved tourists and your vast knowledge about this tour was incredible!

It was an amazing tour. Ben our guide was great and got us to all our stops on time and without any fuss. Great stories and timing at Lake Louise was perfect for photo ops! We got some amazing shots. Then onto Emerald Lakes which was just as impressive. The surprise of the day was the Nature Bridge at YoHo National Park with so much water tumbling through. We did have one passenger on the tour that was an awful lady that upset most of us and Ben handled the situation so well we were very impressed. Thank you Ben for an amazing time on our tour and we would highly recommend travelling with this group, they are extremely professional.

6 of us enjoyed so much every places we saw throughout the day tour; especially we really appreciated the thorough, amazing commentary and history shared by Jay, our tour guide and driver of the day. Jay handled the bus AC technical in a calm and professional manner, that was a plus of our wonderful day.

This is an excellent tour with so many great spots and in depth info on each stop! Our guide, Jay, was very knowledgeable, kind and concerned about our comfort and welfare, and made the tour our favorite activity while visiting Banff! This is a good value for the price as well.

Louis of bus145 was not a good tour guide. He spoke more about himself and Switzerland, than Canada and Banff. We did not go to all the attractions in the itinerary because he said he had a “better” plan because of the weather. But the fact that we booked a “2025 Winner-Lake Louise Moraine Lake Johnston Canyon Banff Town” and yet we didn’t even get to see the Banff Town even if we asked him politely for a few minutes to buy souvenirs, he said no as he was DROPPING OTHER PEOPLE OFF IN BANFF TOWN. He also said he had a “surprise” attraction for us and to not let his boss know, BUT THAT ATTRACTION WAS ON THE ITINERARY - it was Bow Falls. He also said we could take a few minutes to take photos of that “surprise” attraction BUT HE DID NOT EVEN STOP THE VAN AND CONTINUED DRIVING WITHOUT ASKING US. SUCH BS HE IS. He also had unflattering remarks towards someone in our tour for getting lost and being late (he even hesitated fetching this person and ignored us when we told him we saw her in the other parking area waiting). Would not recommend this tour if Louis would be the tour guide.

The tour is definitely the most relaxing way to see the most popular sights in the Banff National Park. The bus tour is almost essential because you avoid the hassle and difficulties of finding parking at some sights and even get access for the few locations that do not have public parking. As a result, we found the tour to have very good value. My wife and I thought Jay was very nice and professional. We were lucky to have him as our tour guide.
