  My trip to South Asia in March, organized by Viet Prestige Tours, was truly an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The agency did an exceptional job managing every aspect of the trip, from the major arrangements to the smallest details, making the entire journey smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The itinerary was very well planned and perfectly organized, allowing us to experience each destination comfortably while maximizing our time. Every transfer, hotel stay, flight connection, and activity was handled professionally, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into designing such a seamless private tour experience. A special thank you goes to Lan Anh, who was absolutely amazing. She carefully explained the full itinerary, walked me through the booking process step by step, and made everything very easy to understand. Once we were traveling, she stayed in constant contact to make sure everything was going well and that we were satisfied at every stage of the journey. She also provided all boarding passes in advance as our flight dates approached, which was extremely helpful and convenient. Lan Anh also helped customize the trip based on my preferences and was always open to making changes so I could visit additional places I wanted to see. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. Viet Prestige Tours should be very proud to have team members like her. I would definitely use Viet Prestige Tours again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, personalized private tour experience. They did a fantastic job.

  Recently returned from a tour of Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam. All of our tours were arranged by Ms Loan Do and were excellent! There were 10 of Us on the coming from different places and needing a variety of accommodations, Loan did an amazing job of accommodating us. She was very prompt with info and responses to our MANY questions. Highly recommend her and Viet Travel. It was a whirlwind vacation with something for everyone, History buffs Like me loved the temples and museums. The caves in Phong Nha were amazing as was Angkor Wat in Cambodia.   We traveled 4 friends for 21 days leaving Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Viet Prestige through Uyen provided an EXCELLENT SERVICE. The planning, organization, hotels, guides and transfers were perfect. I recommend them have a high degree of professionalism

  We really enjoyed Southeast Asia and highly recommend Ms. Loan Do with Viet Prestige. We had a party of 14 (7 couples) and were able to tour as a private group. The scheduled tours in each city were interesting and educational. Some highlights included touring Paradise and Phong Nha caves in central Vietnam which were spectacular. Touring the city of Hoi An was a lot of fun, although very crowded with tourists. We enjoyed the boat ride on the river with the lanterns. The museums throughout the tour were worthwhile and eye-opening. As an American, it was especially interesting hearing about the "American" war from the Vietnamese perspective. We found the Ha Long Bay cruise to be worthwhile. We would recommend participating in the activities offered as they were a lot of fun. We biked, kayaked, and hiked through a cave. The crew and staff onboard the cruise were especially friendly, adding to the enjoyment. Our group worked with Ms. Loan for many months in preparation for the tour and we found her extremely competent, eager to help, and friendly. She chose accommodations for us that were right in line with what we were looking for, and all of the transportation that she arranged went smoothly from start to finish. We liked all of the tour guides provided. We definitely would recommend Ms. Loan. The one thing that we didn't know about prior to the trip, was that there are laundry services available along the way. We did not use the hotel laundry services, which were a bit pricey, instead our guides were able to direct us to some great nearby local laundry "shops" with great prices.
