5.00Excellent experience, very good communication with Ali who organized everything from the beginning, John (our driver assigned by Ali) very attentive and careful luggage, communication via WhatsApp to organize arrival, sign with my name to facilitate location at airport, the minivan used was new, impeccable, comfortable and effective... by the way electric. Without a doubt 10/10 👌🏻 I highly recommend the service.

5.00Outstanding private transit. Ali kept track of my flight status even though it was changed several times. When I got there at 2am in the morning, the driver was waiting for us. The automobile was in an excellent condition and clean. Customer service was excellent. I would unquestionably advise anyone visiting Seoul to use these services.

1.00I was very disappointed. After a 15 hour flight I exito have someone with a sign waiting for me after customs. I ended up calling and found out it had been subcontracted out to someone else who did not speak English. After about 15 minutes we did manage to find each other. Don't book with Ali.

5.00The driver met me straight out of customs grabbed all my bags for me and quickly led me to a very nice passenger van with an immaculate interior, charging cords, water, little candies in case I was hungry. My son called and asked to be put on speaker so he could speak to the driver on the estimated arrival time. A very relaxing transfer to Seoul, nice to be able to relax after the hectic flight and airport!
