Please let us know if you have limited mobility e.g. injury, arthritis or recent surgery? There are two high ladder style steps into the helicopter. This information could effect what helicopter we fly you in.

Comfort Seats: Our helicopter seats are 40cm wide, an empty seat can be reserved next to you if you prefer extra space (passengers 120KG & over when weighed at check in will be required to purchase a Comfort Seat - these are half the RRP of your flight).

Please note snow levels on this 25minute flight are seasonal. In summer the alpine landing site may have no snow & be a rocky mountain side. Please book a longer flight option for gauranteed snow.

Scenic flight across the Franz Josef and Fox Glaziers, amazing views and a must do activity if you’re in Franz Josef. 10/10 activity. Weather dependant on the snow landing as safety is the priiority.

It has been one of the best experiences in New Zealand, it has been a wonderful journey to the top of the glacier, indescribable! The pilot was wonderful, they attended us super well, everything was facilities. We recommend it 100%, you can not leave without flying!!

The flight was great and Pilot Mark was informative, if possible secure a seat on the left side of the helicopter as the view of the Glacier is far better
