Mingsha Shan - Echoing-Sand Mountain

Meet your local guide at the arriving hall of Dunhuang Airport. In the afternoon visit the Crescent Moon Spring & the Singing-Sand Dunes. The magical spring is located in the center of sand dunes, but it has never been covered by the sand throughout the history. Take a camel riding enjoy the desert and oasis scenery.

Mogao Caves

You will visit Mogao Grottoes & Digital Exhibition Center , one of the 4 most famous grottoes in China.It has a total of 492 grottoes, 45,000 square-meters of murals, 2,400 painted statues . When you finish the regular opening caves , we will arrange 3 special caves for you. the caves are more interesting.

Dunhuang Theater

In the evening , enjoy a top dance drama in China -----The Silk Road Show, 90 minutes long, VIP seats. (From November to next April, no show arranged in the tour.)

Yumen Pass

Visit the Gade Gate Pass & Great Wall of Han Dynasty, In the history, the Han Dynasty built many walls to consolidate the safety of the frontier region as well as exploring ways to do business with western region. Instead of piling up stones or bricks layer upon layer like other dynasties' walls, the Han Dynasty Great Wall was built by using the local sand and weed. After lunch, transfer to the airport, by flight MU2216(1530/1745) from Dunhuang to Xian, connect your next flight to Beijing or Shangahi.
