Day 1. Pick you up from your Edinburgh Hotel and head towards Aberdeen via St Andrews.
Day 2. We head along Royal Deeside via an iconic castle to a Highland Cow Farm. We then visit Balmoral Castle / Royal Lochnagar Distillery, before driving through the Cairngorm Mountains to Inverness.
Day 3. We hunt for the Loch Ness monster before making our way to Edinburgh via Pitlochry, the Queens View and the House of Bruar.

What To Expect
Edinburgh to Aberdeen via St Andrews
St. Andrews
We have a walk around this charming town and visit the famous Cathedral (this 12th Century building is Scotland’s largest and most magnificent medieval church), the Castle, the University Chapel (founded in 1450) and the very famous Old (golf) Course. Cathedral has a small entrance fee.
St. Andrews
Scottish Lunch in a nice restaurant. Not included in cost.
Glamis Castle
An amazing masterpiece dating back to the 14th Century and birthplace of the Queen Mother. Entrance is chargeable.
Dunnottar Castle
One of Scotland's and the world's most spectacular ruined castles, Dunnottar is an ancient medieval fortress located upon a rocky headland near Stonehaven. The surviving buildings date from the 13th to the 16th centuries but was originally fortified in the Early Middle Ages. You can enjoy this castle for free, but there is a charge to visit the interior.
Aberdeen to Inverness via Royal Deeside

We visit the original part of Aberdeen University dating back over 500 years and other fascinating historic buildings and monuments.
Crathes Castle, Garden & Estate
Fascinating 16th Century Castle with turrets, gargoyles, 16th-century painted ceilings and ancient, great yew hedges and walled gardens set in magnificent surroundings. Extra cost to go inside.
Aberdeenshire Highland Beef
An amazing opportunity to visit a Highland cattle working farm and meet Scotland's native breed. You will be able to photograph the cows, learn about their history and sample succulent Premium Aberdeenshire Highland Beef during lunch!
Balmoral Castle
This iconic castle has been the Scottish home of the Royal Family since it was purchased for Queen Victoria by Prince Albert in 1852. A must on all visitors to see list. Please note castle is usually closed mid August to end of October. Entrance Fee not included. Free in low season.
Royal Lochnagar Distillery
Instead of a castle you may wish to visit the world famous Royal Lochnagar distillery, which was established in 1845. It is a single malt Scotch whisky producer based near Balmoral Castle. You will be able to learn how it is made and sample some drams. Always requires advance booking. Extra cost to go inside.
Cairngorms National Park
We drive through the majestic Cairngorm National Park from Royal Deeside to Inverness.
Inverness to Edinburgh via monster hunting and Pitlochry
Loch Ness
Take a cruise down the impressive Loch Ness. You might spot the infamous monster “Nessie” and you will be able to explore centuries of history at Castle Urquhart, which over looks the water. Extra cost to go inside.
Queen's View
A stunning viewpoint overlooking Loch Tummel and beyond to the iconic mountain, Schiehallion. Fit for a Queen and named after one.
The House of Bruar
House of Bruar House of Bruar is department store like no other and is located in the heart of beautiful Perthshire. It stocks an amazing range of Scottish Country Clothes (masterfully crafted luxury textiles including cashmere, merino and lambswool), gifts, art and many other selected products.
