The trip was excellent with a couple of exceptions. 1. Eddie the tour guide talked about politics often. 2. The Apollo Bay motel was odd. You can see in your next door neighbors room! And the walls are very thin; not good. 3. Eddie tailgated and made us nervous the last hour of the trip.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, than seeing it in person is indescribable! When deciding what part of Australia to visit on our short stay, seeing the pictures and reading the descriptions of Australian Natural Treasures Touring caught our attention. After a few short correspondences we chose to take the 3 day Great Ocean Road Tour. It far exceeded any expectation we had. Our tour guide, Pierre, was extremely knowledgeable of the area, wildlife and especially the flora. He was a a great conversationalist and made the drives between sights go by quickly. The van was more than comfy with the plush reclining seats and the lodging and meals were better than imagined. We were sad to see the tour come to an end and are deciding the next time we can go to the other side of the world to do another tour.

Jeremy Redmond of Natural Treasures Touring was an excellent guide and a lovely person to spend three days with. My husband and I learned about all the interesting locations along the way and got to know much more about Australia in general, with Jeremy in the driver's seat. We were able to experience far more than if we'd been on our own. The pace was efficient, but included enough meal and bio breaks to be comfortable. It is a very well thought-out tour. The van was comfortable and roomy. The sights along the Great Ocean Road were the most memorable, of course, but the entire trip was great. This tour is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny and I have no hesitation recommending it to other travelers.

I'll start by saying there is a good bit of riding, especially the last day. If your driver is a good as ours, Eddie, you will have a good time. A breakdown of the trip: day 1 - Beaches and beach towns: day 2 - the heart of the tour, 12 apostles and other stunning sights,: day 3 - ride through wine country and farming country. Interesting steps in each leg of the journey. Accomodations were excellent, meals could be worth it for some alone. We had a koala out side our window one night. On a personal note: we had an issue, caused by the travel company that we used to sign up for the tour, and these folks took control and made sure it was made right. Doing all the phone calls and organization. That alone makes me say this IS the company to use for any tour they offer.

This is a great tour. Pierre was our driver/guide,and he really made the whole trip very enjoyable. The van is comfortable, the stops well thought out and executed, and the two stopover hotels and meals are very good. Pierre made sure we saw kangaroos, koalas, and pointed out several species of birds along the way, including emus. You could no doubt rent a car and drive from Melbourne to Adelaide and save money, but if you want to relax, learn a little bit about the places along the way, and meet some neat people, this is the way to go! We did the trip in late February.

This was a great way to get a feel for Australia. Pierre took us to some amazing places and small towns that we never would have known about on our own. The dinners were amazing! Loved the chocolate factory, the caves, the little German town...loved it all! So much better then doing a day trip down the Great Ocean Rd, then flying to Adelaide. I highly recommend.

This had to be the best tour we had ever taken. We were contacted by our guide the day before confirming our pick up which was at the airbnb home we were renting. The company was so flexible in picking us up there so we did not have to worry about taking a cab to a central pick up point with our luggage. We were expecting a van with other couples but as it turned out we were the only people who signed up for the tour. The company honored our booking and did not cancel. We were pleasantly surprised. Our guide Jeremy was a very thoughtful generous man. The hotels we stayed at were very comfortable and the meals provided were the best meals we had our whole holiday. Excellent gourmet style food.He had a planned itinerary but was always asking if there was somewhere we would like to stop. The trip was well planned with stops spaced just right so we could get out and look around. Jeremy was a wealth of knowledge and had answers for most of the questions we had. We learned a lot of the history of the area and the country. Our stops were wonderful and my favorite was the Apostles on the great Ocean Road.We stopped and Jeremy waited for us while we went on a helicopter tour of the area, what spectacular scenery. We also made lots of local stops along the way getting to experience how people in the area lived. It was so much fun driving looking for Koalas, Kangaroos and Emus in the wild.We managed to see all of them as well as lots and lots of birds. We stopped at one national park and the emu in the parking lot came right up to our vehicle. There was so much scenery and information packed into the 3 days but we never felt rushed. It was a leisurely pace but we still managed to be at our destinations on time for a rest before dinner. Jeremy was very considerate and a very good communicator. The itinerary was well thought out and it had room to fit in other things as well. It was like taking a well planned family holiday with a tour guide commentary thrown in. We have already highly recommended this company to our friends who live in Brisbane. Loved Loved Loved this trip!!!!!

Our guide, Jeremy, is very knowledgeable. He made this trip wonderful. The only defect is on the last day, mostly driving. If the itinerary included the Grampians national park , there will be more different natural scenery to see. Then, consider the final part might need a short flight from the park to Adelaide.
It worth your money to have this wonderful trip.
