You will get a warm welcome from your guide and driver in the morning in the hotel; Please make sure to arrive in Zhangjiajie before 12:00 noon if you need us to pick you up at Zhangjiajie Airport or Railway Station.
Golden Whip Brook
Golden Whip Brook is named after the Golden Whip Rock, the brook is 7.5 km’s long and will take 2-3 hours to fully travel around, it is praised to be one of the most beautiful valleys in the world, well-known for its fresh air and crystal water. Take an inspiring roam along the whispering pristine water on the paved path to immerse into tranquil wonderland with fresh air, colorful blooming flowers in different seasons, lush vegetation and so on. Be prepared to encounter with some wild monkeys.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge is an architectural marvel and a thrilling experience nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie

Bailong Elevator & AVATAR Mountain & Tianzi Mountain
BaiLong Elevator
Bailong Elevator is the highest and fastest sightseeing elevator in the world and provides a spectacular view of the sandstone peak forest. It has a height of 326 meters and can carry 3,000 people an hour in the three transparent elevators. It only takes1.5mins to travel to the top of the mountain.
After reaching the top of mountain by elevator, hike amongst the multiple erupting stone columns at Yuanjiajie scenic area and open the mysterious " Pandora World ". During the exciting hike, get a good preparation to have an enviable look at the South Sky Pillar of around 150 meters high, the authentic prototype inspiring the VATAR Hallelujah Mountain; Enjoy the the best scenery at Enchanting Platform with tens and hundreds of beautiful stone peaks similar to a lot of nutritious bamboo shoots towering from the ground; also, closely watch the peculiar First Bridge of the World that is naturally made with an only 5-meter long stone platform linking the two peaks together to form the rare world wonder.
Tianzi Mountain
Take shuttle bus from AVATAR Mountain to Tianzi Mountain ( about 35 minutes riding ). Tianzi Mountain is is known for 4 natural spectacles--the clouds of mist that circle the peaks of the mountain, the amazing views of the rising sun, the moonlit nights and snowcapped winter peaks. They include more than 80 natural platforms to take in the magnificent scenery. Take the cable to Tianzi mountain to enjoy the views upway and relax.
Tianmen Mountain with the longest cablecar
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
Take cablecar up Tianmen Mountain, have a walking on the mountain plank road built along the face of cliffs. You will feel like walking in a fairy land when the mist is still heavy. 2.00Unfortunately, this trip fell far short of expectations. The problems started with Air China before we even boarded the first flight: we were unable to check in online. As a result, we were assigned seats at the very back of the plane. A late arrival from our first flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. We were then offered an overnight stay at a local hotel, but the room provided was disappointing—small, dirty, and without a window. The food served there was also of very poor quality. The overall experience at Zhangjiajie was equally underwhelming. The weather was terrible, which meant we missed out on the beautiful scenery that was the main reason for visiting. To make matters worse, the area was extremely overcrowded, and local visitors did not observe orderly queueing. We often had to push our way onto shuttle buses within the park, which made the visit stressful and unpleasant. The one bright spot in an otherwise challenging trip was our national guide. She was professional, kind, and truly wonderful throughout the journey, and we deeply appreciated her support.

5.00Vicky Liu was an amazing tour guide! She is very knowledgeable about the key attractions and Tujia culture. Despite the rainy season, she was able to guide us through all the good spots safely (including tips about slippery steps and other travel pitfalls), gave us great advice on the long v short routes as well as which good spots to take amazing photos. 5.00We had such an amazing 3-day tour with Fiona! The first day at Avatar Mountain left us completely in awe. Fiona, being the weather expert she is, quickly adjusted our plans for the second day when she realized Tianmen Mountain wouldn't work out with the rainy weather. Instead, we got to experience the breathtaking Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. Even though the fog obscured our view at Tianmen Mountain on the final day, we still had a blast on the cable car ride and managed to capture some incredible photos from the summit. Fiona's stories about the mountains' history and legends truly added depth to our journey. Exploring the local cuisine was a delightful bonus, introducing us to new and delicious dishes. As our tour ended, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the unforgettable memories we made together. Thank you, Fiona (Yan Lei) for such a fantastic trip - we absolutely loved it! 5.00I cant recommend this tour enough. We had Heather as our guide and she made the trip so much more enjoyable. She was friendly, insightful and patient with us. While it can get busy and loud in the national parks, Heather knew all the paths and ways to enjoy the scenery a little more peacefully. We loved every second of it.
