A Three Day Taste of Tanzania Safari Package designed to offer our clients an intense taster of what Tanzania has to offer. We will experience all the excitement of an African Wildlife Safari in the most spectacular of landscapes.
On this Safari we take in Tarangire National Park, renowned for its elephant families and iconic baobab trees. Roaming onwards we experience the jewel that is Ngorongoro Crater, breathtakingly beautiful, and the best place in Tanzania to see the big five.

What To Expect
Tarangire National Park
Our safari guide will collect you from the lodge in Arusha for the drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2 hours). Tarangire, best known for its elephant families, savannah, iconic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps, is home to the life-giving Tarangire River. Animals gather at the river and giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest are often seen. The park is also home to buffalo, zebra and wildebeest. These animals are closely attended by a range of predators, our panthera friends, lion, and leopard. From the open roof of the truck we will have the opportunity to absorb the landscapes and view the wildlife. After a full day in the park, we will drive to the excellently appointed lodge (Karatu) where we enjoy dinner in the aesthetically delightful restaurant, relax, and spend the night in her capacious rooms.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Rise and shine! It’s an early departure for us today to the lush highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the 8 wonders of the world. Once we have reached the crater rim, we rumble down a steep track into the 600 m deep caldera, noting our passage through several climactic zones, to see a range of animals and birds. The caldera (collapsed volcano) is home to over 25,000 mammals ranging from the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard, to hippo, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, elephant, hyena, and more than 500 species of birds. After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch in the crater, we will return to Arusha arriving in the early evening.

We felt safe, well cared for, and constantly amazed by his passion and professionalism. The safari itinerary was well-balanced: we saw the Big Five, enjoyed amazing sunrise and sunset views, and had plenty of time to relax and soak in the beauty of Tanzania. The food was excellent, the lodges comfortable, and every transfer was perfectly organized. Every little detail was taken care of, from personal preferences to spontaneous moments like taking extra stops when we spotted rare animals. This made our trip feel customized and truly personal — not just a standard tour. 5.00Excellent safari with Olacx! We spent 3 days with him. That was awesome! Everything was perfect. We laughed a lot , sang, ( furaa 🎵), discussed. He led us to great places to admire the animals he saw long before us. His driving from the jeep was perfect Olacx gave us a lot of explanations about animals. You can book your safari with your eyes closed! Thank you for everything!

5.00My favorite part in Tarangire was when i saw a large group of elephants playing with water at the river but was sad to see w wounded giraffe. My best experience in Ngorongoro Crater was the Intimacy of lion🦁 and i manage to see a rare cat (serval) it was amazing 🤩. We had the best driver and your guide Mr.Ola
