Thank you for our special Mother & Daughter delayed Birthday tour of Lesotho as well as the little treats / birthday cake. It was amazing experience and we really enjoyed ourselves 😀 We thoroughly enjoyed the ride up Sani Pass, cast iron pot bread, mohair ladies, blanket presentation and Greg's humour. All accommodation was superb.

From start to finish - Excellent Angie was great to communicate with from first contact, to payment and to final details. Loved my trip to lesotho. 2 places I stayed were excellent. The places visited were great. Greg was full of facts and information and I always felt safe when he was driving. Loved the personal touch in terms of cookies and muffins. Also on information on transferring to underberg for the start of the trip. Really ... look no further. Highly recommend

This was such an amazing tour. First off, I organized everything with Angie who was truly on top of things. She asked me questions and arranged things that I needed including the round trip transport from Durban airport and extra accommodation in Underberg. I did my actual tour with Greg who was incredibly delightful. I had such an awesome time! I was sad to say goodbye to Greg at the end of my tour. He made my trip so fun! Actually every aspect of the trip from the airport transfer drivers to the organization and finally the actual tour to and around Lesotho was incredible! I highly recommend!

We had a great trip through a beautiful country. Greg knows the area and the people we visited very well. This gave the visits something personal. The scenery is breathtaking and Greg was never tired of telling us a lot about the country and always stopping where possible so we could take great pictures. The accommodations were very different but each special in its own way. We felt very comfortable. You feel that Greg wants to make the tours very personal and individual. He was always asking for feedback to make his tours even better. We can recommend Greg and Angie the hosts of "Sani Pass & Lesotho private tour" to everyone.

A very well organized 3 day, two night visit to the Sani Pass and Maliba Lodge in Lesotho. Angie, with whom we booked, was very efficient and well organized. She responded promptly to our questions, and drove our rental care from Himevolle (where the tour started) to Clarens (where it ended) with no issue. She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our private guide, David, was a star. Originally from the area, he was able to take the tour to the next level. His driving skills, personality, and deep connections to the land and the people were evident, and his expertise and love of the land was contagious. He was able to satisfy all of our requests (where to buy local blankets, a football Jersey, etc) and was very patient. His driving skills up the Sani Pass and throughout Lesotho were superb - the roads were challenging and he handled them like a pro The two lodges we stayed at were top notch, in beautiful settings, decent food, and rather luxurious- especially the Maliba Lodge. Overall, a 5 star experience! The only thing we would do differently is add another night at the Maliba Lodge, there was so much to see and do, and not enough time. In short, a flawless visit. We highly recommend Sani Pass Private Tours, and we ourselves will certainly be using them again our future

Gregg and Angie were very accommodating to our needs. Angie seamlessly organised our tour and included pick up from Pilensburg National Park and drop off at OR Tambo Airport. Gregg’s knowledge of Lesotho was excellent and he was a font of knowledge about the people and their customs. Nice little touches such as whiskey at Grace Corner and Angie’s muffins and biscuits made us feel very special. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

We initially booked the 3 day Sani Pass and Lesotho experience with Angie. Subsequently, we worked with Angie to extend the tour and combine it with a 4 day trip into Eswatini. Angie was wonderfully eager to see that we were happy with the arrangements. The Eswatini portion was handled by a separate guide, so this review won’t cover it, except to say we had a marvelous time, and the connection with the other guide was perfect. When the day of the tour finally came, we were picked up at our lodge by Greg and taken on a fantastic adventure. Greg is an excellent driver and guide, and as we discovered, a great travel companion. He has a fun sense of humor and has an obvious and infectious love of Lesotho, its people and culture. Both Greg and Angie take great care to be sure that the clients are comfortable and happy. From warm blankets in the Land Cruiser, fresh muffins and cookies baked by Angie, to giving great advice on the best stops for photos, they provide a first class experience to their guests. I highly recommend giving Angie and Greg a call!

We are thrilled! The tour with Greg to Lesotho was fantastic and full of nice surprises. We were able to get a good first impression of the country. The tour opens a respectful gateway into other worlds and we had the impression that local actors were involved. Greg is also a safe driver, which is especially helpful with the Sani Pass. The accommodations chosen by Greg and Angie were both very nice and clean. Partly with fireplace:) In addition, consideration was given to our dietary habits. Already the communication in advance, regarding arrival, nutrition etc., with Angi (Greg's partner) went great and very reliable. We can recommend it 100%! Thank you & gladly again FV
