Ayelew, gave great descriptions of the history of the location, building of the churches, and answered all of my questions. He was great with taking my photos to capture memories. 5.00A great and culturally unique experience that takes your breath away. Lovingly and very informatively accompanied by guide Ayalew, who can answer all questions and illuminates all backgrounds. Few visitors because of the political situation, which was pleasant for me, but is a shame for the tourism-dependent population. I felt absolutely safe and I think it's a pity that this treasure of humanity is experiencing such a sleeping beauty.
