Enjoyable but very cold. We had rain, wind and then sunshine. Ben, our guide was very knowledge. Quite rough and some guests had sea sickness. Saw sea caves and seals and an albatross. Rugged coastline. Lots of fun racing around in the jet boat. Highly recommend.

Was fantastic with lots of thrills and educational information, was worth the admission fee, differently I would recommend and I'd do it again.

This was a brilliant experience for my wife and I. The staff were very obliging and gave everyone an opportunity to get the most out of the sights and history of such an amazing coastline. Just how beautiful if Bruny Island and the staff really care and protect the environment so wonderfully well. We couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough. Big thank you to Rob our skipper and Jordon who were very knowledgeable and informative.

We didn’t really know what to expect of our Bruny Island Adventure Cruise with Pennicotts. We were absolutely blown away by this adventure to the bottom of Bruny Island & into the Southern Ocean. We were looked after right from the get go with bus transport & commentary to & from Bruny Island, then a coffee & muffin for morning tea before heading out on the boats & then topped off with a great meal for lunch on our return. All of the staff & especially our skipper (I’ll call him Cap’n Ahab) & his deckhand Johno were great with running commentary on what we were looking at & constantly checking to make sure everyone was ok. The wild life along the away & the geology of the sea caves, arches & stacks were amazing, BUT the raw power of the Southern Ocean & the howling wind in your face was something else to behold & on a whole other scale!!! The rugged coast line & formidable cliffs make you wonder at the bravery of sailors past in small wooden square rigger ships. We had an absolutely, fabulous & fantastic adventure experience not to be missed, we just love, love, loved it!!!!

Raining so briefing prior to boats was held inside. Difficult to hear with noise from cafeteria. But did hear that cruise may be curtailed to seals due to weather and this was repeated once on the boat. Not a problem, what we saw re cliffs etc was magnificent and satisfied with what we had seen. However despite weather turning half way boat crew then decided along with three other boats that the tour would continue. Awful, everyone had their hoods down, sick bags handed out though some could unfortunately not wait for them. Hardly anyone looking up or taking photos. Huge swells, winds and light hail. The day would have been remembered favourably had it turned back and not continued to see just three seals lying on a ledge in the distance.
