Hotel pick and drop off were seamless. The van was comfortable and all activities were as described. Lunch was a excellent buffet with plenty to choose from. Our tour guide Rich was knowledgable and kept the group moving from activity to activity and ensured we understand the rules. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Great experience especially the underground river. The Swamp tour could be omitted and the zip line tour should have a warning as if you are not in above average condition, it will be a challenge. That said, Zipline tour was fun.

Tour was a wonderful adventure! The tour guide was very friendly, informative and kept us entertained with jokes. The drive from Puerto Princesa City is a bit long is and is pretty windy, so recommend taking Dramamine if you are prone to car sickness. Because the Underground River has a very long wait at times, the guide was able to rearrange the order of the activities to allow for the mangrove tour and the Zipline before the UR portion, so thankfully there was never much waiting around outside. I skipped the lunch, as it is buffet style and seemed to be sitting out in the sun for quite some time, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive stomachs. Instead I had snacks and a beer which waiting for the boat. The boat ride can be through very choppy water, so again would recommend Dramamine for seasickness. The Underground River is absolutely breathtaking and well worth the entire trip. The audio provided during the tour was actually pretty informative and the guide did a great job pointing out all the features inside. I met a lot of interesting, fun people as part of the tour group and as a solo traveller he made a point to check on me several times to make sure I was comfortable and to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to those staying in Puerto Princesa and it's worth staying in town for a day if you're planning to head onward to El Nido.
