Let your chef, Andre, guide you through the tastes of the Alentejo region, the heartland of Portugal. Expect plenty of delicious wine as the Alentejo is world-famous for wine cork production! Prepare for an evening as delightful as it will be delicious, as Andre takes you through his mouth-watering three-course dinner. Enjoy some fantastic nibbles to begin your meal, from locally produced jams and cured meats to freshly baked bread and olives. Move on to a delicious soup course before finishing the meal with Fariofas – a decadent local dessert that is essentially poached meringues in a citrus custard!
