Due to the weather we were not able to experience the full effect of the 360 view. We were offered to reschedule for the next day but the forecast states it would be raining as well. It would be nice if we could have gotten a partial refund because we came from GA

The website did not indicate John Hancock, I bought the tickets thinking it was the Willis tower. Confused and frustrated. I am from out of town and no idea the two excursions were similar. It does not indicate it clearly. I had to then purchase tickets at the Willis tower.

This was my first time in Chicago and it was my last day of my trip. I had a few hours left before my departing flight and I had always wanted to visit the top of the Willis Tower. I googled Willis Tower tickets and I saw Viator had tickets. At the top of their list was this 360 tour. No where in the first couple pages does it say that the 360 tour is in another whole building and NOT the Willis Tower. I bought the tickets, took an uber to the Willis Tower, where they told me I was in the wrong building! Since I was out of time and had already paid an Uber, I had to buy another ticket on site, which was more expensive. Other people in line said they were fooled by the advertisement too. This is a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
