The employees were very rude. The lady that was running the elevator acted like we were bothering her just getting on the elevator. Instead of just telling people to get on the elevator she stood at the elevator yelling get on! Idk if it was because she was having a bad day or was too heavy to move her body back down to the gate but she was absolutely terrible. Then she shoved about 12 of us and a stroller in the elevator, pushed the button and walked off. Then we got to the top and the girl at the kiosk for pictures just stood there staring at us then with an attitude said move the card back. They both acted like they hated their jobs as simple as they were.

Nice place to spend a couple of hours. We enjoyed the bar area. The only complain was the ticketing with Viator made it look like a drink was included with our purchase when it was not
