Incredible views of Gold Coast, Oak street beach, Navy Pier, you name it! We could even see the Field Museum and Soldier Field. Truly 360 degree views of Chicago! We skipped the Cloud Bar but is a great date spot! Saw lots of sweet couples enjoying a Friday afternoon.

Great experience however the associate taking our photo was not very pleasant. Photos turned out horrible. We had to ask for him to take the photo at first which he did others guest but we had to ask and then to say they only take it one time was unacceptable! I sent $45 just to get horrible pictures. Thank you,Not to happy customer

Cute, but overrated!!! If you have extra time that's fine, but not a priority. Nice view, for heaven's sake, but, in my opinion, it's definitely not worth it!

Great views of the city. The weather was perfect when I was there, so you could see for ages from such a height. The only thing I would say needs to be included in the cost would be the TILT experience. Maybe the overall cost can be adjusted to include that and maybe a discount on the exorbitant prices of the “professional” photos the staff take of you before you go up the escalator. Overall…worth it, perhaps with some price tweaks.
