The best views of Chicago can be yours at 360 Chicago Observation Deck! Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!
Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

360 CHICAGO is located at 875 N Michigan Ave and is not affiliated with the Willis (Sears) Tower.
TILT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL ADMISSION OR SIP AND VIEW TICKET. It may be purchased onsite in the lower concourse or at the TILT desk on the 94th floor.

What To Expect
360 Chicago Observation Deck
Step into a high-powered elevator that will take you on an exhilarating ride to the 94th floor at a speed of 20.5 mph (33 kph). The observatory provides unbeatable views of Chicago at all times of the day: Go in the morning or afternoon to admire the expansive blue of Lake Michigan, go at sunset for a romantic moment, or go at night when the city becomes a sea of twinkling lights. 360 Chicago Observation Deck offers several activities to complement the pretty view. If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s bar for cocktails or delicious Chicago treats. Additional admission options are available for your visit. The TILT option offers access to an attraction of outward tilting glass 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, offering unique, downward-facing views.

5.00Decided to do the tilt but was disappointed that with the high winds it was shutdown. Waited around ten minutes to get to the elevator going up and once there with the sip and see pass grabbed a beer. Views were pretty awesome would definitely recommend going up and chilling. Waited 1/2 hour to ride down.

5.00We visited 360 Chicago and initially had an issue with our Go City pass because a staff member gave us the wrong advice. However, the manager Omar stepped in and was incredibly helpful. He sorted out our tickets quickly and made sure everything was resolved so we could enjoy the experience. Really appreciate his professionalism and support!

1.00The worst customer service!! I’m came to Chicago solo, and this was one of my activities I wanted to do but couldn’t. First, the directions were confusing trying to find the boat tour, and when I actually found it the time was 6:01.. There was no grace period, nor sympathy at the booth when trying to see another time the tour would run. I was told book another time tomorrow or come back later next week. Yesterday was my last day/night in Chicago and being turned around and not even offered a refund made it the worst experience.

5.00This gave me an incredible view of the Chicago area. Especially enjoyed how it gave me a great view of both downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan. Not my most favorite observation deck I have ever experienced, but it is still worth checking out. Wasn't very crowded during my visit, but was able to hangout at the window side bar and just take in the views with a drink.

1.00We purchased tickets on trip advisor after putting Willis Tower in the search, we were already in the building and had checked the prices at the box office. The thought of saving over $30 seemed like a great idea. I am a Senior citizen on a limited income, I was with my adult daughter and granddaughter. We were visiting Chicago and I had promised to take them. When I made the purchase, all of the information clearly stated Willis Tower. I paid $105 for 3 tickets. When we presented them at the entrance, we were told that we couldn't use them because they were for something called 360. I have no clue what that even is....she also said it happens often. They had really wanted to go up to the tower so I ended up purchasing 3 MORE tickets from the box office for $135.00, thinking I could get a refund on the ones I purchased from trip advisor, only to be told they had to be cancelled 24 hours in advance of our allotted time. Since we purchased them at around 6 pm for a 6:30 time slot, it was not possible to cancel 24 hrs in advance. So not only were we mislead, but it ended up costing us $240.00 for the short time we had to enjoy Willis tower...shame on you for your misleading ad...there was a young couple there who had the same issue as we did.

1.00You stand in a very long line for a single small window that is worth it, they charge just to get on and off an elevator. Besides it is super uncomfortable because on the same small floor they have shops so it is very full, the view you enjoy 10 minutes and it is over.
