Great views! Very well set!! The entrance is quiet and the place far exceeds similar places in NYC. It is lower than Willis Tower; but with better views

It was pretty cool and a neat experience. I really like how I purchased a ticket for a later time but I was in the area earlier than my ticket time and they easily switched it with no hassle.

Thankfully we booked this on a lovely sunny day so the evening was stunning. Having taking in the sights around the top of the tower, we claimed our free drink (no commemorative cup). Something that as a tourist I would highly recommend to anyone.

be prepared, the ada instructions tell you to go in on delaware st and take the elevator to the concourse. unfortunately, no one knows what to do if the elevator is not working. thankfully, some building staff were able to help us work around finally and the 360 staff made hemselves available to help where they could.

Really enjoyed my visit to the 360 Chicago observation deck. The views were stunning, weather was clear so I could see everything. There were quite a lot of people up there so it was tricky to find window space to see out at times.

Nice view. Recommend to go. The glass thing was nothing and not worth the extra in my opinion. But the view overall is nice

Time your visit with sunset and you won't be disappointed. Allow time to have a cocktail in the Cloudbar and visit all the views of the city before taking a seat on the bleachers facing the sunset. A spectacular evening, with beautiful views!

4 out of 5... tickets did not include a free drink at the 360 Bar, wording is confusing and bartender confirmed there is often confusion about this. Need to please clarify

The view was just as promised, breathtaking! We went on a Wednesday, our tour time was 11:30. The observation floor was not crowded at all. It was perfect.
