The staff were not very friendly. They seemed to just hold a post for their position and pass you along to the next section. The tilt experience was fun and we were glad we tried it. But I feel had the staff been more excited/friendlier, it would have made us have more fun too. The drink that came with our tickets , along with the bar staff was disappointing. You are limited to your drink choice and seem to be less desirable as a customer because of it. I would say try it for the view, but buy your own drink and make it fun without expecting them to make it fun for you

We didn’t get to complete the experience due to snow and zero visibility but the staff was friendly and approved a full refund since we weren’t able to reschedule.

The view is pretty good in all directions. If that’s all you care about you won’t be disappointed. However I did find the space a bit too crowded for my liking. Of course my presence is part of the problem as well, everyone would prefer to have all of the space for themselves. It was a bit difficult to get to the actual windows though, because of how many people were around and tried gettting pictures of everything. It’s a great view, but I probably won’t come back. If you have the money, I’d rather invest in a nice hotel room on a high floor with a city view. There’s a good selection of hotels around in different price categories and you’ll have the view all to yourself.

Well worth going up at sunset just to see the sun setting over this spectacular city. Not worth paying extra for the Tilt as waiting in the queue takes from time to enjoy the view. Not as tall as Sears and closer to the lake which means more limited view but worth it

Great views! Very well set!! The entrance is quiet and the place far exceeds similar places in NYC. It is lower than Willis Tower; but with better views

It was pretty cool and a neat experience. I really like how I purchased a ticket for a later time but I was in the area earlier than my ticket time and they easily switched it with no hassle.

Thankfully we booked this on a lovely sunny day so the evening was stunning. Having taking in the sights around the top of the tower, we claimed our free drink (no commemorative cup). Something that as a tourist I would highly recommend to anyone.

be prepared, the ada instructions tell you to go in on delaware st and take the elevator to the concourse. unfortunately, no one knows what to do if the elevator is not working. thankfully, some building staff were able to help us work around finally and the 360 staff made hemselves available to help where they could.

Really enjoyed my visit to the 360 Chicago observation deck. The views were stunning, weather was clear so I could see everything. There were quite a lot of people up there so it was tricky to find window space to see out at times.
