Don't get the sip and view cause none of the workers know anything about that package deal. So don't waste your money here.

The views of this city are amazing. It’s definitely worth putting this on your To-do list. Stop off at the Cloudbar for a nice drink and a serene timeout.

So you scan your ticket and walk into the ground floor corridor where a young lady accompanied by a volenteer told me and my partner to walk straight ahead which is where the attraction was . The signs were not clear- there was the toilet area by, a photo area and another door So I went back and asked the volenteer who was on his own - he could not tell me and I had to ask him to get his supervisor who eventually turned up When she did turn up so walked over to me and just looked at me There was no “ how are you can I help you” it was just an annoyed stare which said to me what are you inconveniencing my volenteer for .- I said it’s not clear which way to go and she replied just go straight ahead and pointed I turned around and went on my way as asking politely for help was not helping I eventually found my way through a badly signed area which would have been helped if the volunteers further on had said “ come through this way” but instead they listlessly waited until we passed to mutter some words like “ do we want a photo” Eventually we got to the top floor . I asked another volenteer where the tilt was and where I could pay and he ) without words ) judged pointed in the direction of an empty counter. This counter was marked as payment spot for the tilt but there was no one there and had not been for the 10 mins we were there. A girl came up to the counter after I walked up to the counter and stood there for a couple of mins. In summary the actual feature of the view and the tilt were wonderful however I don’t appreciate being treated like a piece of dirt to get there. I will tell everyone I know about the impolite and nasty behavior of 90% of the staff and would certainly would not go there again Hope that is clear enough You may think that I am being over the top but I am just a very mild mannered 60 year old well educated man who travelled over from England and had looked forward to this event ( as well as many others) for a while Maybe you should clearly state that people who expect to be treated with respect may be offended by this experience
