Ms Phanne is, without a doubt, the best tour guide I have ever had. She was informative, knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. She has a sense of how much information you want and delivers just the right amount. I ask a lot of questions and her level of knowledge is amazing. While at other times she let us all just enjoy the details of each palace, carving, ruin or natural wonder. My teenage daughters also thought she was excellent and she ensured they were interested and engaged across many different locations. Four days is a big investment to make, and Ms Phanne ensured that our tour with her was a truly enriching and extraordinary experience. Arkoun Phanne! Thank you for your excellent work!

Amazing four days! The trip was very thoughtfully planned out to avoid crowds the best we could. You do everything you could possibly want to do while in Siem Reap. We were traveling with our tween/teens, so it was great to have a private tour so we could modify the plan a little bit as needed. Raman was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He also knows where to take the best photos any time we wanted one of our family. We learned a ton about the history of the sights we visited and about the current culture in Cambodia. Beyond that, our drivers always had water and cold towels for us. The cold towels were refreshing as it was hot outside. The drivers were kind and prompt as well and arrived in a comfortable van for us. I highly recommend this experience.

We had an amazing time as a family with Samath (our guide) and our Driver Sophat. The paces that we saw where very well organized, the tour was very nice and the guide knew his job providing a lot of details on the history around what we were looking at. He was also very good at taking pictures and identifying the right spots to have the best pictures., The drive around the places was very safe and nice detail on the wet towels receiving us after every temple. An experience worth to ve lived.
