Right from the start my partner and are were very happy with this tour. Phuc invited us to dinner with his family and provided free accomodation at his hostel the night before as well as the night after the trip. We were always well rested and well fed! We did not expect a private tour when we booked but because this is a small company we were lucky enough to get one. Despite going in the wet season the weather was not bad and it meant the waterfalls were amazing. For a personal and special experience I could not recommend Phuc and his riders enough!

booked: 4 Days/3Nights/Private Tour/2Persons/Meals Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner/Bungalow with Bathroom/ Pick up from the "bus station" by tour manager and guide Phuc. Before the Loop Tour the next day we spent one night at the LONG Hotel. Phuc and De as guides were excellent companions throughout the tour The selected homestays and hotel as well as the food left nothing to be desired. Our needs have been individually recognized and met in every respect : Driving style, viewpoints, food, accommodation, just everything. We felt dodum comfortable. The organized onward journey by sleep bus to Halong Bay also worked great. Thank you. We wish the newly founded company "HAGING MOUNTAIN TRAVEL" under the direction of Phuc and his employees all the best for the future.

The booked private tour with Phu was the best we could do. From the service of pick-up to onward transport, our guide managed everything professionally. He and also the 2nd driver De drove safely, looking ahead with adapted speed. We are > 60 and have felt completely safe, well-kept, cared for. The magnificent views were always a highlight. The full board was very delicious, restaurants well selected. Likewise the 2x homestay, 1x hotel. They were clean, authentic and, above all, the first thing very suitable for insights into real life here in northern Vietnam. Phu proved to be very competent, authentic. His young, small travel company is ideally suited for an individual loop tour. We say thank you very much and are happy to award 5 points with asterisk. Gudrun and Jürgen from Germany.

Hoang Phuc was an excellent tour lead for my group. Not only did he take good care of everyone with positive attitudes, but he also mastered the routes and associated timing to avoid the crowds. I’ll come back again.

This experience was awesome!! The activities were fun and the landscapes were breathtaking. The guides were really nice, friendly and they took time to give us fun facts and answer all our questions. The drivers always drove safely and not too fast. They paid for us little snacks and drinks throughout the trip. Overall this activity is definitely worth it and a most do!

The ultimate way to experience the ha giang loop! The small group size enabled us to go places where larger groups couldn't. The guides were attentive to our need, we forgot our water so he bought us more. Bought us snacks, showed us the local culture. Taught us things we wouldn't get by going alone. He also came to pick us up a our hostel. The hostels we went to were always clean and filled with other ha giang loopers, needless to say there were big parties every night! The views were awesome of course

It was an awesome experience, saw amazing sceneries. The guides were really nice, they always made sure we had everything (a good room, food, water, snacks and made sure all our things were protected from the rain). We had a private tour (just the 3 of us) and it made the experience even more personnal and fun.

My girlfriend and I went on the 4 day loop with a lovely and superb guide Phuc and his friend Re. Even though our total vacation time in Vietnam was rather short (2 weeks) , we were very happy to have this experience for the entire 4 days. We started just with the two of us, but joined another group on day 2( of 4) with other people and great Easy Riders , with guide 'Happy Man'. Both Phuc and Mr Happy are very responsible, speak English well and are very funny. In fact , all the Easy Riders are bunch of lovely people. It's just an amazing tour with a combination of nature, staying with local people in homestays , having breakfast, lunch and dinner in nice places and have multiple shots of ' happy water ' on the way in the best company. Even though the weather was not the best , I enjoyed every second of it. I'd recommend it to everyone. Big shout-out to my buddy Phuc and all the other happy riders , there are all absolute legends ❤️❤️

Unforgettable experience. Khuong accompanied me on my 4-day tour, as a solo traveler. He has made me enjoy every minute of the tour and has always been attentive to everything. Very professional, 100% recommended.

We just got finished with the 4 day tour with Phuc & Tom as our guides. The experience was absolutely incredible. Myself and my partner both did easy riders and we were the only ones in the group during the day. This meant we had an incredibly intimate experience with the guys who were absolutely fantastic. They were very attentive and just great fun to be around. During the days we were able to take our time seeing the absolutely incredible sights of Ha Giang, truly the most beautiful and incredible landscape I have ever seen. Because it was just us and the guides we can spend as little or as much time as we liked at particular places and Phuc and Tom were great at recommending times and locations to avoid crowds and taking great photos. Sights were broken up by lunch and dinner that was included, all amazing authentic Vietnamese food and as vegetarians we were very well catered for. In the evenings we stayed at 3 separate lovely locations, 2 homestays and a hotel that was actually nicer than anywhere we'd booked for ourselves on our whole trip. On our second night we shared a hot pot with Phuc and Tom which was delicious. Then we met up with another group from the same company and together with their guides went out for karaoke and a few too many drinks of happy water! All of the guides we met from this company were lovely, many of them speak great English and we had a really good time getting to know them. We got to stay at the same place as the other group and guides on our final night also meaning another fun night together with lots and lots of happy water. They really treat you like a friend when you go on this tour, and the smaller group sizes give you a chance to really get into the local cultures and experience things. I highly recommend going along with these guys if you get the chance, and the 4 day tour is well worth it over the 3 just to get more time in the wonderful landscapes.
