A guide holding a sign will meet you at the airport and will take you to a hotel. You'll have an opportunity to get to know him and discuss an upcoming trip during the drive. After checking into the hotel and having some rest, we'll have dinner at the Kazakh cuisine restaurant and take you back to your hotel located in the city's center.

Big Almaty Lake
After an 8:00 a.m. breakfast at the hotel, a guide will meet in a lobby. We are starting our adventure. It will be exciting today. We will visit Big Almaty Lake, Medeu high-mountain skating rink and will go up in a cable car to an altitude of 3200 meters above sea level to Talgar pass.
Almaty
At 2:00 p.m., we will have "Beshbarmak" for lunch at the national Kazakh cuisine restaurant. During the second half of the day we will go to the old part of the city and see its sights: Zenkov Cathedral, Central Mosque, Green Bazaar, and Rakhat Chocolate Factory.
Saty
Afterwards, we will go to Saty village, put up at the guest house and have dinner.

Lower Kolsai Lake
We will go to the Kolsay lakes after a hearty breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Today we are going hiking from the first Kolsay lake to a second one. 16-kilometer-long walk will take around 6 hours.
Upper Kolsai Lake
We will make a two-hour stop by the second Kolsay lake and have our lunch from lunchboxes that we will have taken from the guest house.
Saty
After going back to Saty village at 5:00 p.m., we will see, before dinner, a dancing show performed by the youth, and will go to a local steam bath. An evening campfire will be a great end of the day.
Saty village / Kaindy Lake / Charyn Canyon / Almaty

Lake Kaindy
We start a day with breakfast at the guest house. At 8:00 a.m., we will go to Kaindy Lake, where we will visit 3 observation decks around the lake. We'll have lunch at 1:00 p.m. at the guest house and go back to the city.
Charyn Canyon
On the way to Almaty we will make a three-hour stop at the "Valley of Castles" canyon of Charyn National Park and will go down into the canyon. At 7:00 p.m., we will have dinner at the kebab restaurant offering several types of kebab.

A guide will take you either to the hotel or to the airport.

5.00We had an incredible experience with SUV Tours Almaty. A special thanks to Yeldar, Rami, and Kirill, who made our trip truly memorable. They provided us with two 4×4 Toyota Prado vehicles in perfect condition, which made traveling through the diverse terrains very comfortable and safe. Their knowledge about Kazakhstan, its landscapes, and local culture is truly impressive, and they shared so many interesting insights throughout the journey. They were always punctual, professional, and extremely thoughtful, constantly making sure we were comfortable and had nothing to worry about during the trip. From stunning canyons to beautiful lakes and vast sand dunes, we gathered some of our best memories exploring Kazakhstan with them. 5.00Our 5D4N all-inclusive tour was AMAZING and our group of 3 had a brilliant time. Our guide Yeldar was knowledgable, patient, accomodating and a safe driver too! From the moment he picked us up in Almaty city, every single day ended up fun and memorable. He shared stories, history, cultural anecdotes and more! He even tailored our adventures according to how fit (unfit!) we were! The accommodation in Saty and Basshy were great, and so were all the meals served. We highly recommend SUV Tours and definitely Yeldar as your guide.

5.00My trip with SUV was absolutely perfect. Dmitri was amazing, guiding me to the best spots, helping me carrying my tripod. I often made him stop while driving to take pictures and he always happily obliged. I had such an amazing trip to Almaty all because of Dmitri and SUV tours. They kept my food restrictions in mind and arranged the tours as per my limitations on treking. I would recommend SUVtours to everyone looking to visit Almaty
