The Devil´s cauldron waterfall or Pailon del Diablo Waterfall is 262 feet (80 meters) high, the waterfall feels so much taller when standing right next to it. That bowl holds all of that swirling water before allowing it to exit through a rocky channel down to the valley below. We will make a walk to get next to the waterfall.

I took the tour to show a foreign friend part of my country, and it was the best decision! The tour is excellent, and the guide, Ernesto, is even better. It was an incredible trip where you get to see so many places and experience different things in a short amount of time. Ernesto is super cool, knows a lot, and is an excellent guide and photographer. If you want to take the tour, don't hesitate. I hope Ernesto will be your guide so you have the best experience.

I have visited many destinations, so I agree with good tour guides; but my trip to Ecuador was wonderful and Irene and Vinicio made it more special. Irene is very authentic, welcoming and passionate; she shows her country with great pride, she makes you want to be Ecuadorian. She's very prepared, no matter what doubt you have, she'll have an answer. When I return to Ecuador I will pray to coincide with the amazing Irene and the kind Vinicio.🤍

My family did the 4 day tour and it was absolutely amazing! Irene was our tour guide and she was incredible. She is knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and so incredibly fun! We could trust her with all of our questions (we had a lot!). She helped us find good food for our dietary needs, went out of her way to support us, and make sure absolutely everything was amazing. Irene absolutely made the tour! Make sure you specifically request her and you will won't regret it! She has a bright personality, incredible English, is an encyclopedia of knowledge, and is truly passionate about showing the diversity and beauty of her country. Similarly, we had a phenomenal driver, Ivan. He was friendly, professional, and handled the unpredictable traffic and winding, dark roads line a pro (including the fallout of landslides that we faced)! He really helped us enjoy the trip more! We asked him to join us often as his company also enriched our trip! These two are an amazing duo and you simply can't find a better crew to walk with you through this amazing tour! We saw the different areas of Ecuador, from the Andes to the Amazon and tried amazing food, stayed in gorgeous places, and met some of the kindest and most hospitable people. Check out this tour if you really want to get a feel for the country in just a few days, and make sure you request Irene and Ivan --they can't be beat!!! A few notes: -the hike at Cotopaxi is extremely difficult if you're not accustomed to the altitude (start at 14,000+ feet and climb to 16,000) -without Irene advocating for us, it may have been hard to meet dietary needs (gluten free and dairy free in our group) -many of the activities are physically demanding even in small amounts--be prepared! -be cautious if you get motion sickness --have a patch or Dramamine available

If I could give this 10 stars I would! We did SO much in such little time, however it never felt too rushed. Josué (our guide) was super friendly and had incredible knowledge of Ecuador and everything that we visited. He was also an amazing photographer and went above and beyond to make this trip a long lasting memory. Andres (our driver) was also very friendly and a gave everyone a super smooth and safe ride - we were in the best of hands! Thanks so so much to both Josué and Andres - you guys are fantastic 🙌 I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to explore Ecuador's amazing Highlands and rainforest, and it's a trip I'd do 10 times over!

I felt like I saw all of Ecuador! Ernesto did an amazing job of not just navigating us around Ecuador but giving us an experience of a lifetime! As someone who loves doing everything all the time, all the hikes, etc. He did not disappoint and was so accommodating with creating a schedule that felt so well thought out. It's so nice to do all the things you want to and now I have to worry about how to get their timables knowing all the language etc. From the mama he picked up my friend and I from our hostel, everything was taken care of and so amazing! Thank you so much Ernesto for creating an amazing experience to kick off the beginning of my month-long trip in South America. If you're someone who loves to do all the things both a mix of hiking and getting a little bougie. This is for you! Be sure to pack the right gear and take altitude medication if you think your body may not agree too much. Thanks again❤️

The Quito Bus Tour company is incredible. I cannot recommend this 4-day tour enough! It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish, made even better by our incredible guide, Diana. She is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Diana went above and beyond, adjusting the itinerary based on the needs and preferences of our group, which made the experience feel personalized and truly special. Our private group of 9 found the tour to be both intimate and affordable. We were able to visit stunning locations like Cotopaxi, Quilotoa, Baños, and the Amazon. Diana even added in extra activities along the way, making each day a new adventure. Plus, she takes amazing photos and videos! She made sure every moment of our trip was captured and was happy to share the footage with our group. It was such a nice touch that allowed us to relive the experience afterward. This tour really gives you the opportunity to travel around Ecuador, and to have experiences you would never be able to find on your own. Truly, they have put so much effort into making this tour incredible. You will not regret using their company for ANY tour, but this has definitely been my favorite! If you’re considering a tour, this one is a must, and I highly recommend requesting Diana as your guide!
