The Pitch Lake which is recognized as the 8th wonder of the world offers a blend of geological education, unique sensory experiences, and a deeper understanding of the intersection between nature, industry, and culture in the region. Travellers will be able to walk on the surface of the pitch lake, hear folklore about the pitch lake, observe the natural features of the dark glossy appearance of the asphalt and learn about the flora and fauna adaptions to the presence of asphalt.
Temple in the Sea at Waterloo
The Temple in the Sea, also known as the Waterloo Temple, is a unique and culturally significant religious site located in Waterloo, Carapichaima, Trinidad. The temple has a remarkable history associated with the determination and devotion of a man named Siewdass Sadhu. In the 1940s, Sadhu began building a temple on land he owned, but due to religious and racial tensions, his structure was demolished. Undeterred, Sadhu decided to build the temple on a platform in the sea to avoid disputes over land ownership.
Caroni Bird Sanctuary
The Caroni Bird Sanctuary is situated in the Caroni Swamp, which is the second-largest mangrove wetland area in Trinidad. It covers a vast area along the west-central coast of the island. The sanctuary is renowned for its rich biodiversity, particularly its avian population. It is home to a variety of bird species, including the Scarlet Ibis, Flamingo, Trinidad Piping Guan, herons, egrets, and many more. The Scarlet Ibis, in particular, is the national bird of Trinidad and Tobago and is known for its vibrant red plumage. This tour includes a guided boat tour along the waterways of the Caroni Swamp that provides an opportunity to observe and appreciate the diverse birdlife in their natural habitat.

Lopinot
Lopinot mini cocoa estate and nature trail - From bean to bar experience. Participants embark on a nature trail through the picturesque landscapes surrounding the cocoa estate and bird watching, after this the travellers learn about the process of cultivating and harvesting cocoa. From various stages of cocoa production, from planting and growing the cocoa trees to the drying and fermenting of cocoa beans. Visitors might have the opportunity to taste different types of cocoa products. The tour also includes elements of Trinidadian culture related to cocoa production, such as traditional music, dance, or stories that highlight the cultural significance of cocoa in the region.
